JATIMTIMES MBG ) di Kabupaten Malang segera bersurat ke Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN ) untuk dapat memberikan tambahan kuota pendirian Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) khusus di daerah yang termasuk 3T (tertinggal, terdepan dan terluar) di Kabupaten Malang.
Hal itu diungkapkan langsung oleh Sekretaris I Satgas Percepatan Penyelenggaraan Program MBG di Kabupaten Malang Mahila Surya Dewi . Menurut Mahila, usulan penambahan kuota khusus untuk daerah 3T itu bertujuan agar calon penerima manfaat mendapatkan distribusi paket MBG.

Terlebih lagi Program MBG ini merupakan salah satu program strategis dari Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto dan Wakil Presiden RI Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pemerataan Progr MBG di semua wilayah, termasuk yang tergolong 3T.
"Ini tadi saya dapat bocoran ada skema untuk 3T. Dalam hal ini saya dengan Pak Sekda akan membuat surat yang ditujukan ke BGN untuk pengajuan tambahan kuota SPPG di daerah 3T yang ada di Kabupaten Malang," ungkap Mahila kepada JatimTIMES.com, Jumat (15/5/2026).
Pejabat perempuan yang juga bertindak sebagai Kepala Dinas Ketahanan Pangan (DKP) Kabupaten Malang ini menyebutkan, bahwa berdasarkan laporan di lapangan terdapat beberapa daerah yang masuk kategori 3T. Di mana semuanya mayoritas berada di wilayah Malang Selatan.
"Sebetulnya nggak banyak daerah 3T, hanya di daerah Malang Selatan. Seperti di daerah Sumbermanjing Wetan, Tirtoyudo, Donomulyo, bantur, Ampelgading dan mungkin Gedangan termasuk tetapi tidak banyak," ujar Mahila.
Disinggung akan mengajukan berapa tambahan kuota SPPG khusus di daerah 3T, Mahila menuturkan pihaknya akan mengajukan tambahan sekitar 20 SPPG yang diletakkan di daerah 3T. Di mana untuk saat ini kuota jumlah SPPG yang diberikan BGN untuk Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 275. "Jadi kalau dari kuota itu ada 275 dan sekarang sudah berdiri 241 itu yang pengajuan untuk tambahan kuota khusus daerah 3T itu sekitar 20 an SPPG," tutur Mahila.

Pihaknya menambahkan, sebenarnya di beberapa kecamatan yang memiliki daerah dengan kategori 3T tersebut sudah terdapat SPPG. Namun keberadaan SPPG di kecamatan-kecamatan tersebut belum bisa mencakup seluruh calon penerima manfaat, khususnya yang berada di wilayah 3T.
"Sebenarnya di beberapa kecamatan yang memiliki daerah 3T itu sudah ada SPPG, tetapi belum mencakup semua calon penerima manfaat," imbuh Mahila.
Sementara itu, pihaknya juga melaporkan perkembangan SPPG termasuk pelaksanaan Program MBG di Kabupaten Malang. Per hari Jumat (15/5/2026), dari kuota 275 SPPG untuk Kabupaten Malang, sudah berdiri 241 SPPG. Dari 241 SPPG tersebut, sebanyak 201 SPPG telah beroperasi, 38 SPPG akan beroperasi, dua SPPG berhenti beroperasi, serta sebanyak 168 SPPG telah mengantongi Sertifikat Laik Higiene Sanitasi (SLHS). Sedangkan untuk total penerima manfaat sebanyak 507.096 jiwa. "Untuk dua SPPG yang berhenti beroperasi disebabkan permasalahan intern antara mitra dan yayasan," pungkas Mahila.
