JATIMTIMES - BPJS Kesehatan mulai memberlakukan aturan baru terkait layanan kontrol pasien per 1 Juni 2026. Dalam kebijakan terbaru ini, peserta yang menjalani kontrol rutin wajib datang sesuai tanggal yang sudah tertera pada surat kontrol, dan tidak diperkenankan datang lebih awal.

Berdasarkan informasi dari Portal Informasi Indonesia, pasien yang datang sebelum jadwal yang ditentukan tidak akan dilayani untuk pemeriksaan kontrol. Aturan ini berlaku untuk seluruh peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama maupun lanjutan.

Kebijakan ini diterapkan untuk menata alur layanan agar lebih tertib dan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan oleh fasilitas kesehatan. Karena itu, peserta diimbau memastikan kembali tanggal kontrol sebelum datang ke layanan kesehatan.

Untuk pasien yang melewatkan jadwal kontrol, BPJS Kesehatan masih memberikan kesempatan pelayanan. Namun, peserta wajib melakukan reservasi secara daring minimal satu hari sebelum (H-1) kunjungan ke fasilitas kesehatan.

Dengan sistem ini, pasien tetap bisa mendapatkan layanan, selama mengikuti prosedur pendaftaran ulang sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

BPJS Kesehatan juga menjelaskan bahwa ketentuan jadwal kontrol tidak berlaku bagi pasien dengan kondisi gawat darurat. Dalam situasi darurat medis, pasien dapat langsung menuju Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) tanpa perlu mengikuti jadwal kontrol yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya.

Di sisi lain, ramai beredar informasi di media sosial mengenai kenaikan iuran, BPJS Kesehatan menegaskan bahwa kabar tersebut tidak benar.

Hingga saat ini, besaran iuran program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) belum mengalami perubahan dan masih mengacu pada ketentuan yang berlaku sebelumnya.

Untuk peserta mandiri atau Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU), rincian iuran yang berlaku adalah sebagai berikut:

• Kelas I: Rp150.000 per bulan
• Kelas II: Rp100.000 per bulan
• Kelas III: Rp35.000 per bulan (setelah subsidi pemerintah Rp7.000)

Screening Riwayat Kesehatan Wajib Dilakukan

Selain aturan kontrol, BPJS Kesehatan juga mengingatkan pentingnya skrining riwayat kesehatan bagi peserta JKN. Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi risiko penyakit kronis sejak dini dan biasanya hanya memerlukan waktu sekitar 5–10 menit.

Mulai 6 Maret 2026, peserta JKN yang belum melakukan skrining riwayat kesehatan pada tahun berjalan akan diminta untuk melengkapinya terlebih dahulu sebelum bisa mengakses layanan di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP).

• Datang langsung ke FKTP tempat peserta terdaftar.
