Dari 4.804 Suspek, Dinkes Kota Malang Temukan 925 Kasus TBC dalam Lima Bulan

JATIMTIMES - Dinkes (Dinas Kesehatan) Kota Malang menemukan ratusan pasien baru kasus tuberkulosis (TBC) sepanjang 2026. Hingga akhir Mei 2026, tercatat 925 warga Kota Malang terkonfirmasi positif TBC dari total 4.804 orang yang masuk kategori terduga (suspek).TBC.

Kepala Bidang Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Dinkes Kota Malang, Meifta Eti Winindar, mengatakan bahwa temuan tersebut berasal dari berbagai kelompok usia, mulai balita hingga lanjut usia. Mayoritas penderita merupakan laki-laki.

"Untuk yang positif di tahun ini mulai Januari sampai Mei 2026 ada 925 orang. Kelompok usianya mulai balita sampai lansia dan paling banyak laki-laki," ujarnya.

Menurut Meifta, angka temuan tersebut tidak serta-merta menunjukkan peningkatan penyebaran penyakit. Sebaliknya, hal itu menjadi indikator bahwa upaya deteksi dini dan pencarian kasus aktif yang dilakukan pemerintah semakin masif.

Selama ini, Dinkes tidak hanya mengandalkan warga yang datang memeriksakan diri ke fasilitas kesehatan. Berbagai langkah penelusuran kontak erat pasien TBC hingga skrining langsung ke masyarakat terus dilakukan untuk menemukan kasus sedini mungkin.

"Kami tidak hanya menunggu pasien datang ke fasilitas kesehatan, tetapi juga aktif melakukan skrining dan penelusuran kontak erat pasien TBC," katanya.

Salah satu strategi yang dijalankan adalah pemeriksaan menggunakan Mobile X-Ray bekerja sama dengan Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI). Program yang dimulai sejak April 2026 itu telah menyasar 28 kelurahan di Kota Malang.

Dari 2.936 warga yang mengikuti pemeriksaan Mobile X-Ray, ditemukan 27 kasus positif TBC. Selanjutnya, pasien menjalani pemeriksaan lanjutan dan mendapatkan pengobatan sesuai kondisi masing-masing.

"Hasilnya ditemukan 27 kasus positif TBC yang kemudian menjalani pemeriksaan lanjutan dan pengobatan sesuai standar. Kalau mereka dalam kategori TBC sensitif obat, maka pengobatannya sesuai standar selama enam bulan. Namun apabila TBC resisten obat, pengobatannya akan lebih lama karena ada pertimbangan dan penanganan khusus," jelas Meifta.

Ia menambahkan, keberhasilan pengendalian TBC sangat bergantung pada kecepatan penemuan kasus. Karena itu, masyarakat diminta segera memeriksakan diri apabila mengalami gejala yang mengarah pada TBC, seperti batuk lebih dari dua minggu, berat badan turun tanpa sebab yang jelas, keringat malam, atau memiliki riwayat kontak erat dengan penderita.

"Semakin cepat ditemukan, semakin cepat pula dilakukan pengobatan sehingga risiko penularan bisa ditekan," pungkasnya.
