JATIMTIMES - KONI Kota Malang mulai memperketat persiapan menuju Porprov Jatim 2027. Salah satu langkah utama yang kini disiapkan adalah evaluasi rutin setiap bulan untuk memantau perkembangan seluruh cabang olahraga.

Ketua Umum KONI Kota Malang, Djoni Sudjatmoko mengatakan, evaluasi bulanan menjadi bagian penting dalam roadmap pembinaan atlet menuju Porprov mendatang. Melalui evaluasi tersebut, KONI ingin memastikan setiap cabang olahraga berkembang sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan.

“Setiap bulan nanti ada evaluasi terkait kesiapan menyambut Porprov 2027. Jadi perkembangan tiap cabor akan terus dipantau," kata Djoni.

Menurutnya, evaluasi dilakukan tidak hanya untuk melihat hasil latihan atlet, tetapi juga memetakan berbagai kebutuhan pembinaan di masing-masing cabang olahraga. Mulai dari kekurangan atlet, kualitas program latihan hingga kesiapan menghadapi Pra-Porprov akan menjadi perhatian khusus.

Persiapan menuju Porprov sendiri disebut sudah dimulai sejak tahun ini. KONI Kota Malang menyiapkan rangkaian try out, try in hingga pemantauan rutin agar performa atlet tetap terjaga dan meningkat.

Djoni menjelaskan, pola evaluasi juga akan diperkuat melalui pembagian bidang pembinaan prestasi atau Binpres menjadi tiga rumpun berbeda. Yakni olahraga permainan, olahraga terukur dan cabang beladiri. Skema baru itu diterapkan agar proses analisa dan evaluasi bisa lebih fokus.

"Tujuannya supaya lebih fokus. Pelatihannya fokus, analisanya juga fokus," ujarnya.

Selain atlet, kualitas pelatih juga masuk dalam agenda evaluasi KONI Kota Malang. Penguatan lisensi hingga regenerasi pelatih muda terus dilakukan agar proses pembinaan berjalan maksimal.

"Jadi bukan hanya atletnya yang kami kembangkan, tapi pelatih juga harus meningkatkan kapasitas," jelasnya.

Lewat evaluasi rutin tersebut, KONI Kota Malang berharap target besar di Porprov Jatim 2027 dapat tercapai. Bahkan, target ambisius sebanyak 222 medali emas mulai dipasang setelah sebelumnya Kota Malang sukses mengoleksi 139 medali emas.

"Kalau target semangatnya 222 emas. Kami ingin menembus 200 medali emas di Porprov mendatang," tandasnya.
