JATIMTIMES - Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Malang Budiar melakukan sosialisasi rekonsiliasi Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2026 serta terkait dengan opsen Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dan opsen Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) kepada seluruh kepala desa beserta perangkat desa di Kabupaten Malang.
Budiar menyampaikan, kegiatan rekonsiliasi dan sosialisasi yang melibatkan para kepala desa beserta perangkat desa tersebut digelar sebagai upaya memperkuat sinergi antara Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Malang dengan pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terkait mekanisme pembagian dana bagi hasil pajak dan retribusi daerah, sekaligus implementasi kebijakan opsen PKB dan opsen BBNKB.

Ia menuturkan, rekonsiliasi dan sosialisasi ini merupakan kegiatan penting dalam mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan daerah yang transparan, akuntabel dan tepat sasaran. Menurut Budiar, ketika seorang kepala desa beserta perangkat desa memahami regulasi perpajakan daerah dan retribusi daerah dengan baik, hal itu akan mendukung optimalisasi pendapatan daerah.
Di mana nantinya pendapatan daerah tersebut akan kembali dimanfaatkan untuk pembangunan dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas di Kabupaten Malang. Selain itu, ketika kepala desa beserta perangkat desa memahami mekanisme perpajakan, maka nantinya diharapkan tidak terdapat perbedaan data maupun administrasi terkait dana bagi hasil pajak dan retribusi daerah.
"Selain itu, sosialisasi mengenai opsen PKB dan opsen BBNKB juga menjadi langkah penting agar pemerintah desa memahami mekanisme serta dampaknya terhadap pendapatan daerah," ungkap Budiar, Senin (11/5/2026).
Lebih lanjut, Budiar mengajak seluruh pemerintah desa untuk terus mendukung upaya peningkatan kepatuhan masyarakat dalam membayar pajak daerah, khususnya pajak kendaraan bermotor, karena pajak merupakan salah satu sumber utama pembiayaan pembangunan daerah.
Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Malang Made Arya Wedanthara menyampaikan, kegiatan rekonsiliasi dan sosialisasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Pemkab Malang dalam meningkatkan tata tertib administrasi serta optimalisasi pendapatan daerah melalui penguatan koordinasi bersama pemerintah desa.
Menurutnya, penerapan opsen PKB dan opsen BBNKB diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan penerimaan daerah yang nantinya dapat mendukung percepatan pembangunan di Kabupaten Malang.

Selain itu, pihaknya juga menekankan pentingnya sinkronisasi data dan pemahaman yang sama antara pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah desa terkait mekanisme dana bagi hasil pajak dan retribusi daerah, termasuk di dalamnya mengenai implementasi opsen PKB dan opsen BBNKB.
“Dengan adanya rekonsiliasi dan sosialisasi ini, kami berharap seluruh pemerintah desa dapat memahami secara menyeluruh terkait regulasi dan tata kelola dana bagi hasil pajak daerah serta implementasi opsen PKB dan opsen BBNKB, sehingga pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan optimal, transparan dan akuntabel," jelas Made.
Sebagai informasi, kegiatan rekonsiliasi dan sosialiasi ini berlangsung dengan sesi pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab interaktif untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif kepada seluruh peserta terkait kebijakan perpajakan daerah serta mekanisme pengelolaan dana bagi hasil pajak dan retribusi daerah, termasuk implementasi opsen PKB dan opsen BBNKB di Kabupaten Malang.
