Disbudparpora Kota Kediri menggelar Bimtek pelaku seni budaya.

JATIMTIMES - Sebagai langkah strategis memperkuat kapasitas pelaku seni dan budaya, sekaligus menjaga eksistensi budaya lokal di tengah arus modernisasi, Pemerintah Kota Kediri melalui Disbudparpora menggelar Bimtek dan Sosialisasi Pelaku Seni Budaya, Rabu (6/5). 

Kegiatan ini sekaligus menjadi salah satu upaya Pemerintah Kota Kediri dalam mendukung program Kediri City Tourism (D’cito). Bimtek yang bertempat di salah satu hotel di Kota Kediri mengundang para komunitas pelestari budaya dan sejarah di Kota Kediri.

Pelaksanaan bimtek ini berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemajuan Kebudayaan serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 87 Tahun 2021, yang menegaskan pentingnya peran negara dalam melindungi, mengembangkan dan menjaga eksistensi budaya secara berkelanjutan. 

Pj Sekretaris Daerah Kota Kediri, Endang Kartikasari dalam sambutannya mengatakan penguatan kapasitas pelaku seni budaya menjadi kunci agar kebudayaan tetap relevan di tengah perkembangan zaman. Selain itu, untuk menghadapi tantangan pelestarian budaya semakin kompleks, dibutuhkan sinergi, kolaborasi dan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan. 

“Kebudayaan adalah identitas dan jati diri sebuah daerah. Ia tidak hanya merepresentasikan masa lalu, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi dalam membangun masa depan,” ujarnya.

Melalui kegiatan ini, Endang berharap seluruh peserta dapat memahami strategi pelestarian, serta langkah-langkah konkret dalam mengelola potensi budaya secara berkelanjutan.

Sementara itu, Kepala Disbudparpora Kota Kediri Bambang Priyambodo menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku seni budaya dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan profesionalitas. “Bimtek pelaku seni dan budaya merupakan upaya pembinaan kapasitas kelembagaan sumber daya manusia agar mampu mengembangkan kreativitas dan profesionalitas dalam kemajuan kesenian di Kota Kediri,” jelasnya.

Tidak hanya itu, bimtek ini juga menjadi ruang untuk memperkuat jejaring budaya yang berkelanjutan serta meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap nilai-nilai seni dan budaya. Diharapkan, para pelaku seni semakin terampil dalam berkarya, berinovasi, dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut juga dilakukan penyerahan Nomor Induk Kesenian kepada 19 sanggar budaya di Kota Kediri. Penyerahan dilakukan langsung oleh Pj Sekda Kota Kediri didampingi Kepala Disbudparpora. Penyerahan Nomor Induk Kesenian ini menjadi bentuk nyata kehadiran pemerintah daerah dalam memberikan fasilitasi, perlindungan, pembinaan dan penguatan eksistensi para pelaku seni budaya di Kota Kediri. 

Dalam kegiatan ini, para peserta memperoleh materi sosialisasi dari para narasumber yang kompeten yakni dari Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan Wilayah XI Jawa Timur dan Dewan Kesenian Provinsi Jawa Timur.
