Pengusaha Muncar Banyuwangi Laporkan Oknum LSM Karena Lakukan Intimidasi dan Berbuat Onar

JATIMTIMES - Raosi warga yang berdomisili di Desa Sumberberas Kecamatan Muncar Banyuwangi, didampingi oleh kuasa hukumnya Anwar Nuris SH dan kawan-kawan mendatangi Mapolresta Banyuwangi, Kamis (9/7/2026).

Kedatangan pengusaha rokok ke Mapolresta Banyuwangi, untuk melaporkan sejumlah oknum LSM yang diduga melakukan intimidasi dan membuat keributan kepada karyawannya.

Anwar Nuris selaku kuasa hukum Raosi menyatakan, bahwa kliennya melaporkan oknum LSM ke Mapolresta Banyuwangi, karena perbuatan oknum LSM yang mengintimidasi dan meneror karyawan kliennya.

"Kami melaporkan oknum LSM ke Mapolresta Banyuwangi, karena telah melakukan intimidasi dan teror kepada karyawan dan juga klien kami," ujar Nuris panggilan Anwar Nuris kepada wartawan.

Nuris menjelaskan, bahwa peristiwa ini bermula saat sejumlah oknum LSM mendatangi tempat usaha rokok milik kliennya, mereka datang dengan cara yang tidak sopan dan menanyakan keberadaan klien kami selaku owner.

"Ada sekitar 7 orang mendatangi tempat usaha klien kami, mereka datang tanpa pemberitahuan, tiba-tiba membuat onar dengan membentak karyawan klien kami, mereka menanyakan izin usaha rokok klien kami, padahal izin usaha klien kami resmi dan bercukai," ujarnya.

Namun penjelasan karyawan saat itu, tidak dihiraukan oleh oknum LSM tersebut, bahkan mengancam akan mendatangkan massa lebih banyak untuk melakukan penggerebekan.

"Usai melakukan ancaman, mereka meninggalkan tempat usaha klien kami, namun tidak selang lama, ada orang yang mengaku wartawan dan menelpon ke tempat usaha klien kami.  Tujuan menelpon menanyakan legalitas usaha klien kami, dan saat itu dijawab, bahwa usaha tersebut resmi dan berizin," tambahnya.

Namun penjelasan dari karyawan tersebut tidak serta merta diterima, yang kemudian menjadi pemberitaan yang menyudutkan perusahaan kliennya, yang seolah-olah memproduksi rokok ilegal.

Tidak hanya itu, Anwar Nuris juga menyangsikan legalitas media tersebut, karena saat melakukan pengecekan data di dewan pers  tidak menemukan media tersebut.

"Alhamdulillah laporan kami diterima, dan saat ini, pihak penyidik Satreskrim Polresta Banyuwangi, juga mengkaji keabsahan media online tersebut," jelasnya.

Tidak hanya itu, Nuris juga menilai, bahwa tindakan oknum LSM tersebut sudah mengarah pada aksi premanisme. 

"Kami berharap, oknum-oknum tersebut mendapat tindakan tegas, mereka sudah seperti preman, kalau dibiarkan, usaha yang baru tumbuh, bisa terhambat, ini jelas mengganggu iklim usaha UMKM, dan akan berdampak buruk pada iklim investasi di Banyuwangi," pungkasnya.
