JATIMTIMES - Dugaan tarif parkir yang tidak sesuai ketentuan di kawasan wisata Kayutangan Heritage, Kota Malang, menjadi sorotan setelah keluhan pengunjung ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial. Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut, polisi mengamankan seorang juru parkir berinisial KES (49), warga Kecamatan Sukun, untuk dimintai keterangan.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan awal, polisi menemukan adanya dugaan pungutan parkir yang tidak sesuai dengan tarif resmi yang berlaku. Temuan tersebut selanjutnya diproses melalui mekanisme tindak pidana ringan (tipiring).
“Untuk penentuan sanksi maupun keputusan hukum lebih lanjut, KES akan menjalani proses persidangan tipiring yang dijadwalkan pada Rabu besok (24/06). Kami menyerahkan seluruh proses kepada mekanisme hukum yang berlaku,” imbuh Imam.
Menurut dia, pengawasan di kawasan wisata tidak hanya berkaitan dengan keamanan dari tindak kriminal, tetapi juga berbagai praktik yang berpotensi merugikan masyarakat. Karena itu, patroli dan pengawasan terhadap aktivitas di ruang publik akan terus dilakukan.

Sementara itu, Kasi Humas Polresta Malang Kota Ipda Lukman Sobhikin mengimbau agar seluruh pihak, termasuk pengelola maupun juru parkir, mematuhi aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Ia berharap kejadian serupa tidak kembali terjadi dan dapat menjaga kenyamanan warga maupun wisatawan yang datang ke Kota Malang.
“Kami berharap kejadian seperti ini tidak terulang kembali. Kepatuhan aturan dan ketentuan bagian penting dalam pelayanan ke masyarakat maupun wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kota Malang,” ungkap Lukman.
