JATIMTIMES – Kasus dugaan pengeroyokan yang menyeret Wakil Ketua Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Batu berinisial SA terus memantik sorotan dari berbagai pihak. Wali Kota Batu Nurochman akhirnya menanggapi mengenai perkara hukum yang tengah membelit salah satu pengurus inti organisasi olahraga di wilayahnya tersebut.

Orang nomor satu di jajaran Pemkot Batu itu mengaku sangat menyayangkan adanya pengurus organisasi olahraga daerah yang harus tersangkut masalah kekerasan. Kendati demikian, pria yang akrab disapa Cak Nur ini menegaskan sikap resminya untuk menghormati penuh seluruh tahapan proses hukum yang kini sedang berjalan di pihak kepolisian.

"Saya menghormati prosesnya saja. Kalau memang ada indikasi-indikasi yang melakukan pelanggaran, saya kira pihak aparat hukum yang lebih paham," ujar Nurochman.

Dinamika perkara di lapangan sendiri kian menggelinding panas dan memicu gelombang kritik dari masyarakat luas. Sebab, tidak hanya terfokus pada dugaan aksi kekerasan fisik semata. Latar belakang status SA yang bisa melenggang mulus masuk ke dalam pusaran kepengurusan inti KONI Kota Batu kini juga kembali digugat oleh publik.

Untuk diketahui, SA merupakan mantan narapidana kasus korupsi pemalsuan anggaran reklame saat dirinya masih aktif menjabat sebagai kabag humas Pemkot Batu dengan vonis hukuman 1 tahun 8 bulan penjara.

Namun, saat disinggung awak media mengenai status kepengurusan SA yang memiliki rekam jejak kelam di masa lalu tersebut, wali kota  memilih untuk bersikap irit bicara dan enggan memberikan komentar lebih dalam. “Saya hormati prosesnya saja, tidak terlalu dalam dulu ya,” ujar pria yang disapa Cak Nur itu.

Sebelumnya, perkara ini diproses penyidik Satreskrim Polres Batu setelah korban berinisial RC melayangkan laporan resmi ke kepolisian. Dalam laporannya, oknum berinisial SA diduga kuat melakukan tindak pengeroyokan bersama dua orang rekannya sesaat setelah mereka selesai menonton pertandingan bulu tangkis pada 2 Juni lalu.

Hingga saat ini, pihak Polres Batu dilaporkan telah melakukan pemeriksaan maraton terhadap sedikitnya enam orang saksi serta mengantongi hasil visum et repertum dari tubuh korban.

Pihak kepolisian menegaskan proses penyelidikan masih terus bergulir guna mencocokkan data dari kedua belah pihak sebelum nantinya dilakukan gelar perkara untuk penentuan status hukum selanjutnya.
