JATIMTIMES - Awal Juni 2026, Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Malang mencatatkan realisasi perolehan 12 jenis pajak daerah mencapai Rp 295.122.052.899 atau 39,11 persen dari target sebesar Rp 754.677.666.534.
Kepala Bapenda Kabupaten Malang Made Arya Wedanthara menyampaikan, capaian perolehan 12 jenis pajak daerah sebesar 39,11 persen tersebut berdasarkan laporan melalui Aplikasi Sipanji.id pada Senin (8/6/2026). Aplikasi itu menunjukkan capaian perolehan pajak daerah secara real time dan transparan.

Made mengatakan, aplikasi Sipanji.id merupakan inovasi dari Bapenda Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki kepanjangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Pajak Mandiri. Aplikasi itu telah mendapatkan penghargaan dalam gelaran Innovative Goverment Award tahun 2025.
Made mengatakan, capaian perolehan pajak daerah dari 12 jenis pajak di antaranya pajak barang dan jasa tertentu (PBJT) jasa perhotelan (target Rp 8.276.724.151 terealisasi 38,15 persen atau Rp 3.157.550.764); PBJT makanan dan/atau minuman (target Rp 20.607.393.102 terealisasi 48,74 persen atau Rp 10.044.990.788).
Kemudian PBJT jasa kesenian dan hiburan (target Rp 8.138.978.570 terealisasi 52,27 persen atau Rp 4.254.066.346); pajak reklame (target Rp 5.126.462.764 terealisasi 21,08 persen atau Rp 1.080.444.392); PBJT tenaga listrik (target Rp 145.069.081.540 terealisasi 43,49 persen atau Rp 63.089.347.567); pajak mineral bukan logam dan batuan (MBLB) (target Rp 870.825.412 terealisasi 47,67 persen atau Rp 415.164.066); PBJT jasa parkir (target Rp 1.588.295.198 terealisasi 43,53 persen atau Rp 691.357.709); pajak air tanah (target Rp 7.164.445.439 terealisasi 45,13 persen atau Rp 3.233.628.578).
Selanjutnya, capain perolehan pajak daerah dari pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB) (target Rp 125.556.388.953 terealisasi 31,08 persen atau Rp 39.016.661.035); bea perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan (BPHTB) (target Rp 202.576.054.105 terealisasi 37,56 persen atau Rp 76.087.080.054).
Kemudian untuk opsen pajak kendaraan bermotor atau PKB (target Rp 164.964.288.400 terealisasi 39,53 persen atau Rp 65.216.009.600); serta opsen bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor atau BBNKB (target Rp 64.738.728.900 terealisasi 44,54 persen atau Rp 28.835.752.000).
Made mengatakan, di tengah kebijakan efisiensi anggaran ini, Bapenda Kabupaten Malang terus bekerja keras melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mencapai target pajak daerah yang telah ditetapkan. Mulai dari memasifkan gelaran program Bapenda Menyapa Warga (BMW) hingga memperkuat kolaborasi lintas perangkat daerah (PD).

"Untuk memacu perolehan pajak daerah kita masifkan jemput bola melalui layanan Bapenda Menyapa Warga atau BMW," ungkap Made kepada JatimTIMES.com.
Kemudian khusus untuk memenuhi target pajak reklame, Bapenda Kabupaten Malang akan melakukan koordinasi intensif dengan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) serta Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Malang.
"Pajak reklame sedang kami koordinasikan dengan DPMPTSP dan Satpol PP untuk peningkatan potensi dan pencegahan yang tidak berizin," ujar Made.
Selain itu, Made menyebut, untuk pemenuhan pajak reklame terkadang melihat momentum-momentum hari besar ataupun acara-acara yang digelar di Kabupaten Malang. "Biasanya mendekati Hari Jadi Kabupaten Malang nanti, pajak reklame akan mengalami peningkatan," pungkas Made.
