JATIMTIMES – Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI) Kabupaten Blitar terus memperkuat soliditas organisasi sebagai fondasi pembinaan atlet dan peningkatan prestasi olahraga daerah. Komitmen tersebut mengemuka dalam rapat rutin pengurus IPSI Kabupaten Blitar yang digelar Sabtu (30/5/2026), sekaligus menjadi forum koordinasi menghadapi berbagai agenda kejuaraan pada tahun ini.

Rapat yang berlangsung dalam suasana penuh kekeluargaan itu menjadi ruang musyawarah untuk menyamakan persepsi seluruh pengurus sekaligus memperkuat semangat kebersamaan di tengah dinamika organisasi. Selain membahas program kerja, forum juga menegaskan kembali arah pembinaan IPSI yang berfokus pada pengembangan atlet serta pelestarian pencak silat sebagai warisan budaya bangsa.

Ketua Dewan Pakar IPSI Kabupaten Blitar, Nurhudiana, mengatakan bahwa kebersamaan merupakan nilai utama yang harus terus dijaga oleh seluruh elemen organisasi.

“Rapat ini rutin untuk koordinasi pengurus. Hari ini kita membahas beberapa fenomena yang terjadi supaya tidak ada salah paham. Kita sepakat bahwa roh IPSI adalah kebersamaan,” ujar Nurhudiana.

Menurutnya, IPSI memiliki tanggung jawab besar tidak hanya dalam mencetak atlet berprestasi, tetapi juga menjaga eksistensi pencak silat sebagai olahraga sekaligus budaya yang menjadi identitas bangsa Indonesia.

“Tugas IPSI adalah mewadahi pembinaan prestasi pencak silat. Jadi mari kembali ke tujuan utama IPSI Kabupaten Blitar dan jangan terprovokasi hal-hal yang justru merusak kebersamaan,” katanya.

Dalam rapat tersebut, pengurus IPSI Kabupaten Blitar juga membahas sejumlah agenda kompetisi yang akan diikuti atlet sepanjang tahun 2026. Mulai dari Olimpiade Olahraga Siswa Nasional (O2SN), berbagai kejuaraan tingkat daerah, hingga persiapan menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Pelajar Daerah (Popda) Jawa Timur 2026 yang dijadwalkan berlangsung pada Oktober hingga November mendatang.

Bagi IPSI Kabupaten Blitar, Popda menjadi salah satu agenda strategis karena menjadi ajang pembuktian hasil pembinaan atlet usia pelajar yang selama ini dilakukan oleh perguruan-perguruan pencak silat di daerah.

Karena itu, seluruh pengurus sepakat untuk mengedepankan profesionalisme, sportivitas, dan transparansi dalam setiap tahapan persiapan, termasuk dalam proses seleksi atlet yang akan mewakili Kabupaten Blitar.

Nurhudiana menegaskan seluruh program organisasi selama ini selalu diputuskan melalui mekanisme musyawarah bersama. Ia juga membantah anggapan yang menyebut proses pembinaan maupun penentuan atlet dilakukan secara tertutup.

“Kalau ada penilaian di luar bahwa IPSI tidak transparan, itu tidak benar. Dari awal semua kegiatan selalu dimusyawarahkan bersama. Seleksi atlet dilakukan terbuka dan yang mewakili daerah harus yang terbaik. Tidak ada memilih satu perguruan tertentu,” tegasnya.

Komitmen keterbukaan tersebut juga diterapkan dalam program peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, baik melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan pelatih maupun juri pencak silat. IPSI Kabupaten Blitar memastikan seluruh perguruan yang tergabung dalam organisasi mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama untuk mengikuti berbagai program pengembangan kompetensi.

“Kita selalu menawarkan kepada seluruh anggota untuk ikut diklat pelatih maupun juri. Harapannya semua perguruan bisa berkembang dan memiliki standar pembinaan yang sama. Nanti di gelanggang akan terlihat hasil dari proses latihan yang dilakukan masing-masing,” ujarnya.

Salah satu kesepakatan penting dalam rapat itu adalah komitmen bersama untuk menyukseskan Popda Jawa Timur 2026. Pengurus IPSI Kabupaten Blitar sepakat bahwa proses seleksi atlet akan dilakukan secara terbuka dengan mengedepankan kemampuan dan prestasi yang ditunjukkan atlet di arena pertandingan.

“Tadi kita juga sepakat menyukseskan Popda. Kalau ada seleksi ya seleksi bersama-sama. Nanti yang berbicara adalah hasil pertandingan dan kualitas atlet yang dibina oleh masing-masing perguruan,” kata Nurhudiana.

Ia berharap seluruh perguruan pencak silat di Kabupaten Blitar terus menjaga semangat persatuan, kebersamaan, dan sportivitas demi melahirkan atlet-atlet berprestasi yang mampu mengharumkan nama daerah di tingkat provinsi maupun nasional.

Dengan semangat guyub, transparansi, dan musyawarah yang terus dijaga, IPSI Kabupaten Blitar optimistis mampu menghadapi berbagai agenda olahraga ke depan sekaligus memperkuat posisi Kabupaten Blitar sebagai salah satu daerah dengan tradisi pencak silat yang kuat dan berprestasi di Jawa Timur.
