JATIMTIMES- Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPRKP) Kabupaten Ngawi akan segera membangun 215 unit Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH ) pada 2026 ini. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hunian masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah agar aman, sehat, dan nyaman.
Kepala Bidang Perumahan Rakyat (DPRKP) Kabupaten Ngawi, Wahyudi Puruhita, menyatakan bahwa program ini masih dalam tahap verifikasi lapangan. Dari hasil verifikasi, terdapat beberapa penyesuaian terkait anggaran sebelum penetapan penerima bantuan.

"DPRKP Kabupaten Ngawi menganggarkan Rp 4,3 miliar untuk memperbaiki 215 unit RTLH yang tersebar di sejumlah desa. Setiap penerima bantuan akan mendapatkan dana sebesar Rp20 juta. Dengan rincian Rp. 17,5 juta untuk bahan material dan Rp. 2,5 juta untuk biaya tukang," terang wahyudi
Namun, Wahyudi menambahkan bahwa anggaran ini sering kali belum cukup untuk membangun rumah hingga benar-benar layak huni secara menyeluruh, sehingga harus ada bentuk swadaya dari penerima bantua tersebut.
Wahyudi menjelaskan, untuk syarat pembagunan RTLH yang pertama KTP, KK, bukti kepemilikan tanah dan secara fisik rumah harus memenuhi syarat kriteria, salah satunya yakni lantai masih berupa tanah.
