JATIMTIMES – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) BUMD DPRD Jawa Timur (Jatim) membedah secara mendalam performa jajaran anak perusahaan PT Jatim Grha Utama (JGU). Pansus memberikan atensi khusus pada efektivitas operasional PT Puspa Agro, salah satu anak usaha PT JGU.

Hal tersebut mengemuka dalam rapat pansus yang digelar Selasa (21/4/2026). Ketua Pansus BUMD Jatim dr Agung Mulyono menegaskan bahwa audit kinerja ini krusial untuk memotret kondisi riil kesehatan finansial anak perusahaan sebelum rekomendasi final diterbitkan pada Mei mendatang.

"Perlu didalami dan didetailkan kembali. Dengan sisa waktu satu hingga dua minggu ini, Pansus harus menuntaskan pembahasan untuk melihat kondisi riil di lapangan, termasuk pendapatan mereka secara rinci," tegas Agung Mulyono.

Selain menyoroti efektivitas Puspa Agro, pansus juga mempertanyakan kinerja PT Pratama Jatim Lestari (PJL). Perusahaan ini menjadi sorotan karena tanggung jawabnya dalam mengelola Pusat Pengelolaan Sampah dan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (PPSLB3) di Mojokerto yang merupakan aset strategis provinsi.

Menurut Agung, pemanggilan seluruh unit bisnis di bawah naungan JGU bertujuan untuk memetakan persoalan secara makro dan mikro agar rekomendasi yang dihasilkan memiliki dasar yang kuat.

"Dengan adanya pertemuan ini makin jelas. Bagaimana kondisi Puspa Agro, kemudian pengelolaan limbah dari PJL seperti apa, hingga performa JGU secara induk," urainya. 

"Semua ini kami bedah satu per satu untuk mempermudah dan memperdetail penyusunan rekomendasi kami nanti," lanjut legislator yang juga ketua Fraksi Partai Demokrat tersebut.

Terkait wacana penutupan unit usaha yang dianggap terus membebani APBD, Agung menyatakan bahwa keputusan tersebut akan diambil secara objektif melalui rapat pleno final. Seluruh data hasil hearing dan tinjauan lapangan akan diramu untuk menentukan apakah unit usaha tersebut layak dipertahankan, direstrukturisasi, atau dilikuidasi.

"Rekomendasi penutupan Puspa Agro itu nanti dalam rapat final. Kami butuh rapat khusus di mana semua materi dan hasil hearing itu diramu menjadi rekomendasi yang objektif kepada pemerintah provinsi," pungkas pria yang juga duduk di Komisi D DPRD Jatim tersebut.

Pansus menargetkan seluruh rangkaian pembahasan BUMD ini rampung pada 30 April 2026. Hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan menjadi titik balik bagi perbaikan tata kelola badan usaha milik daerah agar tidak lagi merugi dan mampu menyumbangkan dividen optimal bagi pembangunan Jawa Timur.
