JATIMTIMES - Pelatih Persela Lamongan, Bima Sakti, menyebut kemenangan telak 7-1 atas Persipal Palu menjadi kado hari ulang tahun ke-59 klub dalam lanjutan Pegadaian Championship di Stadion Surajaya, Lamongan, Sabtu (18/4/2026).
“Alhamdulillah kami bisa memenangkan pertandingan hari ini dengan jumlah gol yang banyak. Ini sebagai kado untuk ulang tahun ke-59 Persela dan seluruh suporter LA Mania serta Curva Boys,” ujar Bima usai pertandingan.

Ia mengatakan permainan timnya sempat kurang maksimal pada babak pertama karena tampil terburu-buru dan kerap kehilangan bola.
“Meski di babak pertama kami agak terburu-buru dan banyak kehilangan bola, di babak kedua kami bisa memperbaiki dan lebih mendominasi,” katanya.
Bima juga mengapresiasi kontribusi pemain lokal Lamongan, termasuk striker Riski Utomo yang mencetak empat gol pada laga tersebut.
“Saya bersyukur dua pemain putra daerah bisa mencetak gol. Apalagi Riski Utomo bisa mencetak empat gol, ini luar biasa,” ujarnya.
Ia menambahkan rotasi pemain dilakukan sebagai bagian dari strategi tim untuk menjaga kondisi jelang dua laga tersisa.
Kemenangan ini membuat Persela mengoleksi 47 poin dan bertahan di papan tengah klasemen sementara Pegadaian Championship, sekaligus menjaga peluang menembus lima besar.
Dalam pertandingan tersebut, Riski Utomo mencetak empat gol masing-masing pada menit ke-16, 49, 61, dan 84. Tiga gol lainnya Persela dicetak Titan Agung Bagus Fawwaz (25), Hendro Siswanto (40), dan satu gol tambahan dari pemain Persela lainnya yang memperkuat dominasi tim. Sementara Persipal hanya mampu membalas satu gol melalui Riku Ichimura pada menit ke-30.
Sementara itu, pemain Persela Riski Utomo mengaku senang dapat mencetak empat gol meski menghadapi mantan timnya.

“Saya senang bisa cetak banyak gol, itu tidak mudah karena saya pernah bela Persipal. Mungkin ini rezeki,” ujar pemain yang akrab disapa Boski tersebut.
Ia menyebut telah memahami kelemahan Persipal sehingga mampu memanfaatkan peluang di lini pertahanan lawan. “Saya sudah mempelajari kelemahan tim karena sebelumnya pernah bermain di sana,” katanya.
Di kubu lawan, Pelatih Persipal Palu Andika Pratomo tetap mengapresiasi kerja keras pemainnya meski harus menelan kekalahan telak.
“Terima kasih untuk para pemain yang sudah bekerja keras. Walaupun kami kalah telak dan sudah pasti terdegradasi, dalam pertandingan ini kami sempat bisa menguasai permainan,” ujar Andika.
Dengan tambahan tiga poin ini, Persela Lamongan kini mengoleksi 40 poin dan tetap menjaga posisi di peringkat ke-5 klasemen sementara. Sementara itu, Persipal Palu semakin terbenam di dasar klasemen dengan raihan 7 poin. Laskar Joko Tingkir dijadwalkan kembali berlaga di kandang sendiri pada 25 April mendatang untuk menjamu Barito Putera.
Persela masih menyisakan dua pertandingan, yakni menghadapi Barito Putra pada 25 April 2026 dan melawan Tornado FC pada laga penutup musim.
