JATIMTIMES — Upaya memperluas perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan terus diperkuat. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kediri menggandeng Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) se-Karesidenan Kediri Raya dalam sebuah rapat koordinasi strategis yang digelar di Hotel Grand Surya Kediri.
Kolaborasi ini menjadi langkah konkret untuk memperluas jangkauan perlindungan, khususnya bagi tenaga kerja di sektor keagamaan yang selama ini belum sepenuhnya terakomodasi.

Kegiatan tersebut diikuti para pemangku kepentingan lintas wilayah di Karesidenan Kediri Raya. Fokus utamanya adalah membangun sinergi antarlembaga guna mendorong optimalisasi kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan serta meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap manfaat program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.
Rangkaian acara diawali dengan registrasi peserta, pembukaan, menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya, hingga pembacaan doa. Agenda utama kemudian berlanjut pada diskusi interaktif yang mengupas strategi peningkatan kepesertaan, khususnya di lingkungan lembaga keagamaan yang memiliki potensi besar namun belum tergarap maksimal.
Kepala Kantor Cabang BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kediri, Suriyadi, menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi lintas sektor merupakan kunci dalam mewujudkan perlindungan menyeluruh bagi seluruh pekerja. Hal tersebut, kata dia, sejalan dengan amanat Peraturan Presiden Nomor 109 Tahun 2013 yang menekankan pentingnya jaminan sosial bagi tenaga kerja di berbagai sektor.
“Melalui kegiatan rapat koordinasi ini, kami berharap terjalin sinergi yang semakin kuat antara BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kementerian Agama. Peran Kemenag sangat strategis dalam menjangkau tenaga kerja di lingkungan keagamaan, sehingga ke depan semakin banyak pekerja yang terlindungi program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan,” ujar Suriyadi.
Ia menambahkan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan terus berkomitmen memberikan kemudahan akses layanan bagi masyarakat, sekaligus meningkatkan literasi terkait pentingnya perlindungan jaminan sosial. Menurutnya, pemahaman yang baik akan mendorong kesadaran pekerja untuk menjadi peserta aktif dalam program perlindungan tersebut. “ Kami ingin layanan semakin mudah dijangkau dan dipahami masyarakat,” kata Suriyadi.
Sinergi dengan Kemenag dinilai strategis karena sektor keagamaan memiliki jaringan luas hingga tingkat akar rumput, mulai dari tenaga pengajar, pengurus tempat ibadah, hingga pekerja sosial berbasis komunitas. Dengan pendekatan kolaboratif, potensi tersebut diharapkan dapat dioptimalkan untuk memperluas cakupan perlindungan tenaga kerja. “Kemenag adalah mitra kunci untuk menjangkau sektor ini,” ujarnya.
Forum ini juga menjadi ruang bertukar gagasan dan pengalaman antarinstansi dalam merumuskan langkah-langkah konkret ke depan. Diskusi yang berlangsung dinamis menunjukkan adanya kesamaan visi dalam menghadirkan perlindungan sosial yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
“ Target kami jelas, perlindungan makin luas dan berkelanjutan,” tuturnya.

Kegiatan ditutup dengan sesi ramah tamah sebagai bagian dari penguatan hubungan kelembagaan. Melalui sinergi yang terus diperkuat, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kediri optimistis perlindungan tenaga kerja di wilayah Kediri Raya akan semakin luas, sekaligus mendukung pembangunan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.
