Tak hanya itu. Wsatawan juga bisa menikmati panorama alam di kawasan seperti Goa Pinus, Goa Pandawa, Taman Langit Gunung Banyak, hingga Omah Kayu yang sudah lebih dulu populer di kalangan pelancong.
Salah satu daya tarik utama Desa Gunungsari adalah wisata edukasi di Dusun Brau. Di sini, pengunjung tidak hanya menikmati hasil olahan susu, tetapi juga bisa melihat langsung proses produksinya dari hulu ke hilir.
“Kami menyiapkan paket edukasi pengolahan susu. Seringkali rombongan anak-anak sekolah atau kuliah yang mengikuti edukasi ini,” kata pengelola wisata edukasi pengolahan susu Dusun Brau, Munir.
Munir menjelaskan, Dusun Brau merupakan salah satu penghasil susu sapi terbesar di Kota Batu. Saat ini, terdapat sekitar 761 ekor sapi yang mampu menghasilkan hingga 5.000 liter susu setiap hari. Distribusinya pun cukup luas, mulai dari kebutuhan lokal hingga dikirim ke berbagai daerah.
“Sebagian kecil sekitar dua persen dikirim ke KUD dan Nestle, sementara 80 persen lainnya disalurkan ke Indolacto dan luar daerah,” jelasnya, Minggu (12/4/2026).
Tak berhenti pada produksi susu segar, masyarakat setempat juga mengembangkan berbagai produk turunan seperti yogurt dan olahan makanan lainnya. Hal ini menjadi nilai tambah sekaligus daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan.

“Wisatawan bisa melihat langsung bagaimana para peternak memelihara sapi. Selain itu, mereka juga dapat menyaksikan proses pengolahan susu yang dipasteurisasi dalam beragam rasa seperti strawberry, coklat, dan lainnya,” tambah Munir.
Untuk mencapai Dusun Brau, wisatawan perlu menempuh perjalanan sekitar 7,5 kilometer atau kurang lebih 19 menit dari pusat Kota Batu. Sepanjang perjalanan, pengunjung akan disuguhi pemandangan khas pegunungan dengan deretan pohon pinus yang menambah kesejukan suasana.
Meski akses menuju lokasi belum dilalui angkutan umum, perjalanan menggunakan kendaraan pribadi akan terbayar lunas saat tiba di lokasi. Hamparan perbukitan hijau serta rumah-rumah warga yang berdiri di ketinggian menciptakan panorama alami yang menenangkan.
Dengan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki, Desa Gunungsari bukan hanya sekadar destinasi singgah, tetapi juga menawarkan pengalaman wisata yang lengkap mulai dari rekreasi, edukasi, hingga mengenal kehidupan masyarakat lokal secara lebih dekat.
