JATIMTIMES - Arus lalu lintas menuju Pelabuhan ASDP Ketapang di Banyuwangi berangsur normal setelah sebelumnya mengalami kepadatan. Berdasarkan pantauan di lapangan, kendaraan pribadi dan roda dua kini dapat melintas dengan lancar dan tertib tanpa hambatan berarti.

Kelancaran ini merupakan hasil kerja keras jajaran Polresta Banyuwangi bersama sejumlah pihak terkait yang secara intensif melakukan pengaturan di titik-titik krusial. Meski kondisi sudah membaik, aparat kepolisian tetap menjaga kesiapsiagaan guna mengantisipasi potensi kepadatan kembali terjadi.

Salah satu langkah yang masih diterapkan adalah pengaturan khusus bagi kendaraan bertonase besar. Kendaraan jenis ini diarahkan masuk ke kantong parkir atau buffer zone di kawasan Bulusan agar tidak menumpuk di jalur utama menuju Pelabuhan Ketapang.

Kapolresta Banyuwangi, Kombes Pol Rofiq Ripto Himawan mengatakan bahwa keberhasilan mengurai kemacetan tidak lepas dari konsistensi pengelolaan arus lalu lintas oleh petugas di lapangan.

"Alhamdulillah, berkat kerja keras personel di lapangan, saat ini arus menuju ASDP Ketapang sudah kembali lancar. Fokus kami sekarang adalah mempertahankan kelancaran ini dengan mengatur ritme masuknya kendaraan besar. Melalui optimalisasi buffer zone di Bulusan, kami memastikan volume kendaraan yang masuk ke area pelabuhan tetap seimbang dengan kapasitas dermaga, sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan di badan jalan," ujar Rofiq dalam rilis, Sabtu (4/4/2026).

Ia menambahkan, kehadiran personel di titik penyekatan dan kantong parkir tetap diprioritaskan hingga kondisi benar-benar kembali normal sepenuhnya.

"Kami tetap menyiagakan personel untuk mendampingi saudara-saudara kita para pengemudi kendaraan besar di kantong parkir. Kami ingin memastikan semua merasa aman dan terlayani dengan baik. Kepada pengguna jalan lainnya, kami persilakan melanjutkan perjalanan dengan tetap mengutamakan keselamatan. Terima kasih atas kerja sama dan kesabaran seluruh masyarakat selama proses penguraian arus ini," pungkasnya.

Dengan penerapan skema pengaturan yang terintegrasi tersebut, jalur utama Situbondo-Banyuwangi kini kembali berfungsi normal. Kondisi ini memberikan kenyamanan bagi para pemudik maupun masyarakat lokal yang melintas di kawasan tersebut.
