Ancaman "Pembunuhan" di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Tulungagung Diselesaikan dengan RJ

JATIMTIMES - Satreskrim Polres Tulungagung melalui Unit Pidana Umum (Pidum) memfasilitasi penyelesaian dugaan tindak pidana pengancaman  yang terjadi di lingkungan Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penyelesaian ini  mengedepankan pendekatan restorative justice (RJ).

Kasus ini berawal dari laporan pengaduan masyarakat terkait dugaan tindak pidana pengancaman sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 449 ayat (1) huruf d KUHP, yang terjadi pada Senin 22 Juni 2026 sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Berdasarkan keterangan pelapor, usai melaksanakan kegiatan penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) di lantai tiga, pelapor hendak menuju ruang humas di lantai satu untuk mematikan komputer dan melakukan presensi. Saat berada di tangga menuju lantai dua, terlapor yang juga merupakan pegawai di kantor tersebut diduga mengucapkan ancaman dengan mengatakan "tak pateni koe".

Tidak hanya itu. Ketika pelapor hendak meninggalkan kantor menggunakan sepeda motor melalui pintu gerbang parkir belakang, terlapor kembali diduga menutup akses keluar sambil mengucapkan kalimat serupa.

Merasa terancam, pelapor memilih memutar arah dan keluar melalui gerbang depan sebelum akhirnya melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Tulungagung.

Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, penyidik Satreskrim Polres Tulungagung melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan dan memfasilitasi proses mediasi antara kedua belah pihak. Dari hasil mediasi, pelapor dan terlapor sepakat menyelesaikan persoalan secara kekeluargaan melalui mekanisme restorative justice.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Tulungagung AKP Andi Wiranata Tamba mengatakan, penyelesaian perkara dilakukan setelah seluruh persyaratan restorative justice terpenuhi dan kedua belah pihak mencapai kesepakatan damai.

"Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan dan proses mediasi, pelapor telah mencabut laporan pengaduannya. Terlapor juga telah menyampaikan permohonan maaf yang diterima oleh pelapor, sehingga kedua belah pihak sepakat menyelesaikan permasalahan ini secara kekeluargaan melalui mekanisme restorative justice," terang AKP Andi Wiranata Tamba, Rabu (08/07/2026).

Ia menambahkan, penghentian penyelidikan dilakukan berdasarkan adanya surat pencabutan laporan pengaduan masyarakat, surat permohonan restorative justice, serta surat kesepakatan damai yang ditandatangani kedua belah pihak.

Menurut kasat reskrim, penerapan restorative justice merupakan salah satu bentuk penegakan hukum yang mengedepankan pemulihan hubungan sosial, selama memenuhi ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta mendapat persetujuan dari para pihak.

"Dengan penyelesaian secara damai ini diharapkan hubungan kedua belah pihak dapat kembali harmonis, sekaligus menjadi pembelajaran agar setiap permasalahan dapat diselesaikan dengan mengedepankan komunikasi yang baik dan saling menghormati," pungkasnya.
