JATIMTIMES - All-Stars Kudus sukses mempertahankan gelar juara MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 usai mengalahkan All-Stars Jakarta melalui adu penalti. Di balik berakhirnya turnamen sepak bola putri usia dini tersebut, Malang juga menorehkan prestasi membanggakan. Tiga pemain All-Stars Malang terpilih masuk skuad Indonesia untuk berlaga di SingaCup 2026 di Singapura.
Ketiga pemain tersebut adalah Adelice Maureen Hanum Faisal dari SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang yang terpilih memperkuat MilkLife Strikers Girls U-12. Laly Garneta Falentina Imelda dari SDN 1 Tumpakrejo, Kabupaten Malang, yang masuk dalam skuad MilkLife Kickers Girls U-14 serta Adelice Maureen Hanum Faisal dari SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang.

Ketiganya dipilih berdasarkan hasil pemantauan tim talent scouting selama rangkaian MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026. Sehingga kepercayaan itu diberikan setelah ketiganya dinilai memiliki kualitas permainan, kemampuan membaca situasi pertandingan, hingga potensi berkembang di level internasional.
Tak hanya itu, Garneta juga membawa pulang penghargaan individu bergengsi sebagai Top Scorer MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026. Ia mencetak empat gol sepanjang turnamen dan berbagi gelar tersebut bersama lima pemain lainnya, yakni Giada Soebianto (Kudus), Ika Wonda (Solo), Nadia Shakila Azzahra (Yogyakarta), Rara Zenita Fatin (Kudus), dan Yumna Naziya Fina (Semarang).
Selama penyelenggaraan All-Stars 2026, peningkatan kualitas permainan para peserta juga menjadi perhatian penyelenggara. Program Director MilkLife Soccer Challenge, Teddy Tjahjono, mengatakan pertandingan sejak fase grup hingga final menunjukkan kemampuan pemain yang semakin merata.
Ia menilai ekosistem sepak bola putri usia dini mulai berkembang seiring meningkatnya dukungan dari sekolah, orang tua, hingga klub sepak bola usia muda.
“Musim ini kami melihat perkembangan yang sangat positif yang terlihat dari pertandingan berlangsung lebih kompetitif mulai fase grup hingga final. Kualitas permainan, semangat, dan mental mereka meningkat, kemampuan antar peserta pun semakin berimbang,” imbuh Teddy.
Melihat perkembangan tersebut, penyelenggara berencana memperluas cakupan kompetisi pada musim berikutnya. Selain kota-kota yang sudah menjadi tuan rumah, MilkLife Soccer Challenge akan menambah penyelenggaraan di Jayapura, Garut, serta membagi Jakarta menjadi dua regional, yakni Jakarta Timur dan Jakarta Utara.
Tak hanya berhenti pada kompetisi nasional, pemain-pemain terbaik hasil pemantauan tim pencari bakat juga akan mendapatkan kesempatan merasakan atmosfer pertandingan internasional. Sebanyak 34 pemain terpilih akan dibagi ke dalam dua tim untuk berlaga di SingaCup 2026 di Singapura pada 31 Oktober hingga 7 November mendatang.
Teddy mengatakan pengalaman tampil menghadapi tim-tim dari berbagai negara diharapkan dapat mempercepat perkembangan kemampuan para pemain muda Indonesia.

“Melalui kompetisi tersebut, para atlet diharapkan menjadi ajang akselerasi kemampuan, meningkatkan mental, dan menambah jam terbang di level internasional. Pengalaman itu bertujuan guna membentuk talenta yang lebih matang sebagai bagian dari regenerasi Timnas Putri Indonesia,” harap Teddy.
Sementara itu, Head Coach MilkLife Soccer Challenge, Jacksen F. Tiago, menambahkan proses seleksi pemain tidak hanya melihat kemampuan individu, tetapi juga kecerdasan bermain di lapangan. Pemain yang dipilih merupakan mereka yang mampu membaca situasi pertandingan, cepat beradaptasi, dan mengambil keputusan secara tepat meski masih berada di jenjang sekolah dasar.
“Kita mencari pemain yang punya potensi dari aspek football intelligence. Mereka harus mampu beradaptasi cepat terhadap perubahan pola permainan, bermain efektif, bisa mengatur tempo permainan, dan dinamis. Melihat performa mereka di lapangan, kami optimistis membangun tim yang kompetitif, atraktif, dan bisa bersaing dengan negara lain,” terang Jacksen.
Sedang, Ketua Umum PSSI, Erick Thohir, menilai keberadaan kompetisi usia dini seperti MilkLife Soccer Challenge menjadi bagian penting dalam upaya membangun fondasi sepak bola putri Indonesia. Dengan pembinaan tidak bisa hanya mengandalkan program di tingkat nasional, tetapi juga membutuhkan kompetisi yang berjalan secara berkelanjutan.
“PSSI telah menyiapkan blueprint 10 tahun menuju Piala Dunia Wanita 2035. Sekarang, kita tidak lagi hanya bicara rencana, tapi sudah bergerak dengan aksi nyata melalui program dan kompetisi seperti MilkLife Soccer Challenge. Kemajuan ini hanya bisa tercapai lewat kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta, komunitas, sekolah, dan orang tua,” kata Erick Thohir.
Dari hasil turnamen tersebut, All-Stars Kudus menjadi juara, disusul All-Stars Jakarta sebagai runner-up dan All-Stars Surabaya di posisi ketiga. Penghargaan pemain terbaik diraih Sabrina Dwi Ristiyana dari All-Stars Kudus, sedangkan Syafira Azzahra dari All-Stars Surabaya dinobatkan sebagai kiper terbaik.
