JATIMTIMES - Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (Dinsos-P3AP2KB) Kota Malang mengajak seluruh elemen anak muda di Kota Malang untuk kampanye anti narkoba dan minuman keras (miras). 

Ajakan itu dibalut dengan kegiatan sosialisasi penguatan dan pengembangan lembaga penyedia layanan peningkatan kualitas hidup anak kewenangan kabupaten/kota tahun 2026 dengan tema kampanye anti narkoba dan minuman keras di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Malang Kucecwara.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut hadir Anggota Komisi D DPRD Kota Malang Ginanjar Yoni Wardoyo, Kepala Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Donny Sandito Widoyoko, serta para peserta kegiatan yang berjumlah sekitar 130 orang terdiri dari unsur mahasiswa dari banyak perguruan tinggi, forum anak Kota Malang, serta perangkat daerah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang.

Kepala Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Donny Sandito Widoyoko menyampaikan, kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari Komitmen Pemkot Malang dalam mendukung program kegiatan pemenuhan hak anak dan perlindungan khusus anak di Kota Malang dalam rangka mewujudkan Kota Malang yang layak anak. 

Donny menjelaskan, penyalahgunaan narkoba dan konsumsi minuman keras merupakan ancaman serius bagi kehidupan masyarakat, terutama bagi generasi muda. Dampaknya tidak hanya merusak kesehatan fisik dan mental, tetapi juga dapat memicu berbagai permasalahan sosial, kekerasan, tindak kriminal, serta menghambat terwujudnya generasi yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing. 

Menurutnya, upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba memerlukan keterlibatan seluruh elemen masyarakat, keluarga, sekolah, pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan. 

"Melalui kegiatan kampanye ini, kita ingin menanamkan kesadaran bahwa narkoba dan minuman keras bukanlah solusi atas permasalahan hidup, melainkan sumber berbagai persoalan yang dapat merusak masa depan individu, keluarga dan masyarakat," ungkap Donny, Rabu (24/6/2026).

Ia menyebut, untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, sehat dan bebas dari penyalahgunaan narkoba serta minuman keras utamanya bagi generasi muda, perlu adanya komitmen bersama dari seluruh stakeholder yang ada di Kota Malang. 

Mantan Camat Kedungkandang ini mengatakan, kegiatan sosialisasi penguatan dan pengembangan lembaga penyedia layanan peningkatan kualitas hidup anak kewenangan kabupaten/kota tahun 2026 dengan tema kampanye anti narkoba dan minuman keras ini masuk dalam program Dasa Bhakti Wali Kota Malang Wahyu Hidayat dan Wakil Walikota Malang Ali Muthohirin yakni Ngalam Santun dan Ngalam Tahes. 

"Ini juga menjadi bagian dari upaya kita dalam mendukung terwujudnya Kabupaten/Kota Layak Anak (KLA) menuju Klaster IV, yaitu klaster yang menitikberatkan pada perlindungan khusus bagi anak," kata Donny.

Pihaknya menuturkan, bahwa anak-anak harus mendapatkan lingkungan yang aman dari berbagai bentuk ancaman, termasuk penyalahgunaan narkoba, minuman keras, kekerasan, eksploitasi dan pengaruh negatif lainnya. 

"Sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab bersama, kita harus memastikan bahwa setiap anak memperoleh haknya untuk tumbuh, berkembang, mendapatkan perlindungan, serta berpartisipasi secara optimal dalam lingkungan yang sehat dan kondusif," tutur Donny.  

Lebih lanjut, menurutnya keluarga sebagai benteng pertama perlindungan anak memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memberikan pengawasan, pendidikan karakter dan keteladanan yang baik.

"Saya mengajak seluruh pihak untuk memperkuat sinergi dan kolaborasi dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang ramah anak, bebas narkoba, dan bebas minuman keras. Mari kita jadikan sekolah, keluarga dan masyarakat sebagai tempat yang aman dan nyaman bagi tumbuh kembang anak-anak kita," pungkas Donny.
