JATIMTIMES - Persiapan masuk sekolah tak hanya mendongkrak penjualan seragam dan perlengkapan belajar. Di Kota Malang, permintaan sepeda motor listrik ikut meroket sejak awal Juni, didorong kebutuhan transportasi siswa serta pertimbangan efisiensi biaya bahan bakar.
Diler kendaraan listrik di Kota Malang mencatat lonjakan pemesanan hingga dua kali lipat dibandingkan bulan-bulan sebelumnya. Selain faktor persiapan sekolah, kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) non-subsidi dan keinginan masyarakat untuk berhemat juga menjadi alasan utama beralih ke kendaraan listrik.

Manajer Mr E-Bike Malang Hendra mengatakan, penjualan motor listrik di tempatnya mengalami kenaikan sekitar 30 persen. Mayoritas pembeli berasal dari kalangan wali murid yang sedang mempersiapkan kebutuhan anak untuk memasuki tahun ajaran baru.
“Sejak Juni ini memang banyak orang tua yang membeli motor listrik untuk kebutuhan transportasi anak sekolah. Unit yang paling banyak dicari adalah U-Winfly M90G dan M110F dengan harga mulai Rp11 juta, jadi sangat ramah di kantong,” kata Hendra.
Fitur yang ditawarkan pada kedua tipe tersebut cukup lengkap, mulai dari teknologi pintar, pengisian daya cepat, hingga kecepatan maksimum mencapai 85 kilometer per jam. Selain itu, model terbaru Alva N3 juga mulai menjadi favorit konsumen.
“Bulan ini sudah ada delapan unit Alva N3 yang dipesan, padahal biasanya hanya dua sampai tiga unit yang terjual,” imbuhnya.
Fenomena serupa juga terjadi di Ofero Malang Kota. Manajer Marketing Ofero Malang Kota Endy Yusril, mengungkapkan penjualan motor listrik meningkat sekitar 30 persen sejak akhir Mei lalu. Pembelinya didominasi aparatur sipil negara (ASN) dan orang tua siswa yang baru mendaftarkan anaknya ke sekolah.
“Saat ini tipe yang paling banyak dipesan adalah Stareer 5 Lithium. Harganya mulai Rp12 juta dengan konsumsi daya 1.200 watt dan mampu menempuh jarak sekitar 65 kilometer,” jelas Endy.

Selain Stareer 5 Lithium, tipe Picassio juga menjadi incaran konsumen. Motor listrik berdaya 2.500 watt tersebut mampu melaju hingga 85 kilometer per jam dengan jarak tempuh mencapai 100 kilometer.
Endy menjelaskan, pada kondisi normal penjualan motor listrik di dealernya berkisar 20 unit per bulan. Namun, baru memasuki pekan pertama Juni, sudah ada 11 unit yang berhasil terjual.
“Khusus Stareer 5 Lithium, tujuh unit sudah kami antar ke rumah pelanggan. Ada lima unit lagi yang sudah deal dan saat ini masih menunggu pengiriman dari pusat,” tutupnya.
