JATIMTIMES - Polemik seputar pengelolaan Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) di Kota Malang mulai memunculkan pertanyaan baru. Saat ini, pelaksanaan MBG tengah banyak disorot, terlebih usai terungkapnya kasus dugaan korupsi MBG yang menyeret tiga eks pimpinan BGN menjadi tersangka.
Isu kepemilikan dapur SPPG oleh sejumlah anggota DPRD ikut menjadi perhatian. Sejumlah anggota DPRD Kota Malang turut terlibat berbisnis MBG dengan memiliki Satuan apelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) atau dapur MBG. Bahkan, informasi didapat JatimTIMES, ada anggota legislatif di Kota Malang yang punya lebih dari satu dapur MBG.

Ketua DPRD Kota Malang Amithya Ratnanggani Sirraduhita mengingatkan agar seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan MBG tetap berpegang pada tujuan awal program yang digagas pemerintah pusat.
Menurut perempuan cantik yang akrab disapa Mia itu, MBG merupakan program yang lahir untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat, bukan untuk kepentingan bisnis kelompok tertentu.
"Siapa pun yang menjadi pelaksana, baiknya kembalikan kepada konsep awal presiden dan pemerintah pusat. Kembalikan bahwa tujuan program ini apa," tegasnya.
Pernyataan tersebut disampaikan saat dimintai tanggapan terkait informasi mengenai keterlibatan sejumlah pihak, termasuk anggota dewan, dalam pengelolaan dapur SPPG di Kota Malang.
Mia menilai orientasi bisnis berpotensi menggeser substansi program yang sejatinya ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas gizi masyarakat. Karena itu, ia mengingatkan agar kepentingan publik tetap ditempatkan sebagai prioritas utama.
"Apabila memang orientasi bisnis yang digunakan, ya pasti tidak akan ketemu iktikad baiknya di dalamnya. Jangan sampai kemudian kita menyalahgunakan apa yang kita punya. Yang seharusnya bagaimana kita berjuang untuk masyarakat dan rakyat, kemudian kita negasikan begitu saja hanya dalam hitung-hitungan bisnis," ujarnya.
Peringatan tersebut muncul di saat program MBG tengah menghadapi berbagai sorotan. Selain temuan persoalan teknis di sejumlah daerah, publik juga dikejutkan dengan pengungkapan kasus dugaan korupsi yang menyeret tiga mantan petinggi BGN.

Kondisi itu membuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas pelaksanaan program menjadi tuntutan yang semakin kuat, termasuk terhadap pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan dapur SPPG di daerah.
Mia menegaskan, ketika berbicara mengenai kepentingan rakyat, seluruh pemangku kebijakan maupun pelaksana program semestinya tidak menggunakan sudut pandang keuntungan semata.
"Bagaimanapun ketika kita bicara tentang kepentingan rakyat, janganlah menggunakan kerangka yang lain, kacamata yang lain," tandasnya.
Pernyataan tersebut sekaligus menjadi pengingat bahwa keberhasilan MBG tidak hanya diukur dari jumlah penerima manfaat, tetapi juga dari integritas tata kelola program yang bebas dari kepentingan pribadi maupun kelompok.
