JATIMTIMES. - Kepala BPS Kabupaten Magetan, Mohamad Samsoedin, menyatakan optimisme tinggi bahwa pelaksanaan SE26 (Sensus Ekonomi 2026) di Kabupaten Magetan kali ini mampu menyisir seluruh lini usaha tanpa ada yang terlewat. Berbeda dengan survei konvensional yang hanya mengandalkan sampel, sensus  ekonomi kali ini wajib mendata populasi secara utuh.

"Insya Allah dengan dukungan semua pihak, kami yakin dan  optimistis bisa mendata seluruh usaha maupun keluarga di Kabupaten Magetan. Karena memang kalau sensus itu, semua objek harus didata. Beda dengan survei ya, karena survei sampel. Sehingga harapannya semuanya akan terdata dan tidak ada terlewat sekalipun," jelasnya.

Untuk meminimalkan adanya unit usaha yang luput dari pendataan, BPS Magetan telah memetakan wilayah tugas secara presisi, mulai dari tingkat RT hingga ke tingkat desa. Pendekatan pendataan pun mengalami transformasi signifikan, yakni dengan masuk langsung ke lingkungan keluarga.

Strategi penelusuran tingkat keluarga ini sengaja diterapkan guna mendeteksi shadow economy (aktivitas ekonomi informal yang tidak terdaftar resmi) serta tren usaha modern yang tidak memiliki bentuk fisik fisik bangunan.

"Kami di tahun ini juga akan mendata ekonomi-ekonomi digital, ekonomi kreatif, dan ekonomi rumahan. Sehingga kami melakukan pendataan baik pendekatan keluarga. Kalau dulunya hanya di bangunan khusus usaha, sekarang kita masuk juga ke keluarga, agar diketahui semua usaha-usaha digital dan kreatif yang berada di keluarga tersebut yang tidak kelihatan dari luar, tidak ada bangunannya," urainya.

Untuk mengantisipasi kendala lapangan dan memastikan gerakan 'sapu bersih' pendataan berjalan optimal, BPS Magetan juga telah menyiapkan tim taktis khusus.

"Kami akan membentuk tim task force, yang mana tim task force ini akan menyapu bersih semua yang tertinggal-tinggal dari sensus tersebut. Ada tim sendiri dari organik kami yang akan mendata usaha-usaha yang susah ditemui," tambahnya.

Saat ditanya mengenai estimasi persentase shadow economy di Magetan saat ini, BPS memilih menahan diri. "Belum, belum bisa diinikan. Nanti lihat hasil dari ini saja," tutupnya
