JATIMTIMES - Polres Situbondo menggelar tes urine mendadak terhadap pejabat jajaran utama (PJU) dan kapolsek jajaran. Tes urine ini sebagai bentuk pengawasan internal sekaligus langkah mitigasi untuk memastikan seluruh personel bebas dari penyalahgunaan narkoba.
Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Gedung Tantya Sudhirajati Polres Situbondo, Kamis kemarin (11/6/2026).

Tes urine dilaksanakan oleh Seksi Kedokteran dan Kesehatan (Sidokkes) Polres Situbondo bersama Seksi Profesi dan Pengamanan (Propam). Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya menjaga integritas, disiplin, dan profesionalisme anggota Polri dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Yang menarik, Kapolres Situbondo AKBP Bayu Anuwar Sidiqie turut mengikuti pemeriksaan urine bersama para pejabat utama dan Kapolsek jajaran. Langkah tersebut menjadi bentuk keteladanan sekaligus penegasan bahwa pengawasan berlaku bagi seluruh personel tanpa terkecuali, termasuk pimpinan.
Kapolres mengatakan, tes urine mendadak merupakan salah satu langkah preventif untuk memastikan seluruh anggota Polres Situbondo terbebas dari penyalahgunaan narkoba.
“Kami ingin memberikan contoh bahwa pengawasan dan pemeriksaan berlaku bagi seluruh anggota, termasuk pimpinan. Tidak ada yang dikecualikan dalam upaya menjaga institusi Polri tetap bersih dari penyalahgunaan narkoba,” ujarnya, Jumat (12/6/2026).
Menurut dia, kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari pengawasan internal yang dilakukan secara berkala guna menjaga kedisiplinan serta mencegah potensi pelanggaran di lingkungan kepolisian.
“Tes urine ini merupakan bentuk pengawasan internal yang rutin dilakukan. Tujuannya untuk memastikan seluruh personel tetap disiplin, profesional, dan tidak terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba,” tegasnya.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, pemeriksaan dilakukan melalui pengambilan sampel urine yang kemudian diuji dengan sejumlah parameter, meliputi Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, THC, Morphine, Cocaine, dan Benzodiazepine.

Sebelum menjalani pemeriksaan, seluruh peserta terlebih dahulu melakukan registrasi dan pengisian daftar hadir. Selanjutnya, tes urine dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur oleh petugas Sidokkes Polres Situbondo dengan pengawasan dari Propam.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan terhadap 40 personel yang terdiri atas pejabat utama, Kapolsek jajaran, dan anggota yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, seluruhnya dinyatakan negatif narkoba.
AKBP Bayu menegaskan, kegiatan serupa akan terus dilakukan secara berkala, mendadak, dan acak sebagai bentuk komitmen Polres Situbondo dalam menciptakan personel yang sehat, profesional, serta berintegritas tinggi.
“Tidak ada toleransi terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Kami akan terus melakukan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan secara berkala maupun insidentil untuk memastikan seluruh anggota tetap menjaga disiplin dan kepercayaan masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Melalui kegiatan ini, Polres Situbondo berharap dapat terus menjaga kepercayaan publik serta memperkuat komitmen dalam mendukung pemberantasan narkoba, baik di lingkungan internal kepolisian maupun di tengah masyarakat.
