JATIMTIMES – Upaya memperkuat perlindungan bagi pekerja di Kabupaten Kediri terus dilakukan. Salah satunya melalui Rapat Koordinasi Pembentukan Tim Koordinasi Pembinaan dan Penegakan Kepatuhan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan di daerah.
Kegiatan tersebut turut dihadiri Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kediri, Dr. Ismaya Hera Wardanie, S.H., M.Hum., bersama unsur pemerintah daerah dan instansi terkait. Forum ini menjadi langkah strategis untuk memperkuat sinergi lintas sektor dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap kewajiban perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.

Dalam rapat koordinasi tersebut, peserta membahas sejumlah strategi kolaboratif guna memperluas cakupan kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, meningkatkan kesadaran perusahaan terhadap pentingnya perlindungan tenaga kerja, serta memperkuat mekanisme pengawasan dan tindak lanjut terhadap perusahaan yang belum memenuhi kewajibannya.
Kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kediri, Suriyadi, menyampaikan apresiasi atas dukungan dan komitmen seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam pembentukan tim koordinasi tersebut. Menurut dia, kolaborasi yang kuat menjadi faktor penting untuk memastikan perlindungan sosial ketenagakerjaan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pekerja.
“Pembentukan Tim Koordinasi Pembinaan dan Penegakan Kepatuhan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan ini merupakan wujud nyata komitmen bersama untuk memastikan seluruh pekerja memperoleh hak atas perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan,” ujar Suriyadi.
Ia menegaskan, sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, Kejaksaan Negeri, dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan perusahaan sekaligus memperluas perlindungan bagi tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Kediri.
“Melalui kolaborasi yang kuat, kami optimistis manfaat program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan dapat dirasakan oleh lebih banyak pekerja dan keluarganya,” katanya.
Suriyadi menambahkan, perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan tidak hanya memberikan rasa aman bagi pekerja saat menghadapi risiko kerja, tetapi juga menjadi instrumen penting dalam menjaga produktivitas dan keberlanjutan dunia usaha. Karena itu, kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan perlu terus diperkuat melalui pendekatan pembinaan dan pengawasan yang terintegrasi.

"Perlindungan pekerja yang optimal akan menciptakan iklim usaha yang sehat dan berkelanjutan," ujar Suriyadi.
Kehadiran Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kediri dalam rapat koordinasi ini menegaskan dukungan terhadap penguatan kepatuhan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.
Melalui kolaborasi yang semakin kuat, perlindungan pekerja diharapkan semakin optimal sekaligus mendukung iklim usaha yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.
