JATIMTIMES - Pemerintah membuka rekrutmen Guru Sekolah Rakyat tahun 2026 melalui jalur Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) mulai 8 hingga 14 Juni 2026. Seleksi ini menjadi kesempatan bagi lulusan S1, D4, maupun S2 yang ingin berkarier sebagai pendidik sekaligus berkontribusi dalam program pendidikan bagi anak-anak dari keluarga kurang mampu.

Di tengah tingginya minat pendaftaran, muncul pertanyaan yang banyak dicari calon pelamar: apakah gaji Guru Sekolah Rakyat berbeda dengan guru reguler yang sama-sama berstatus PPPK?

Apakah Gaji Guru Sekolah Rakyat Lebih Besar?

Secara status kepegawaian, Guru Sekolah Rakyat diangkat sebagai PPPK Jabatan Fungsional Guru. Karena itu, gaji pokok yang diterima mengacu pada ketentuan PPPK yang berlaku secara nasional.

Artinya, tidak ada perbedaan gaji pokok antara Guru Sekolah Rakyat dan guru PPPK reguler apabila berada pada golongan dan masa kerja yang sama. Besaran gaji tetap mengikuti aturan pemerintah terkait penghasilan PPPK.

Meski demikian, jumlah penghasilan yang diterima setiap guru bisa berbeda karena dipengaruhi berbagai komponen lain di luar gaji pokok, seperti tunjangan dan lokasi penempatan.

Kisaran Gaji PPPK Guru 2026

Berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku, lulusan S1 atau D4 umumnya masuk Golongan IX, sedangkan lulusan S2 dapat berada pada Golongan X.

Berikut kisaran gaji pokok PPPK guru:

• Golongan IX: Rp2,9 juta hingga Rp4,8 juta per bulan.

• Golongan X: Rp3 juta hingga Rp5 juta per bulan.

Besaran yang diterima masing-masing pegawai bergantung pada masa kerja dan ketentuan penempatan yang ditetapkan pemerintah.

Tunjangan yang Bisa Menambah Penghasilan

Selain gaji pokok, guru PPPK berhak memperoleh sejumlah tunjangan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Tunjangan tersebut dapat meliputi:

• Tunjangan suami atau istri.

• Tunjangan anak.

• Tunjangan pangan.

• Tunjangan jabatan fungsional guru.

• Tunjangan umum.

• Tunjangan kinerja.

• Tunjangan khusus untuk daerah tertentu.

• Tunjangan lainnya sesuai kebijakan instansi.

Karena adanya komponen tambahan tersebut, total penghasilan yang diterima setiap guru bisa berbeda meskipun memiliki golongan yang sama.

Perbedaan utama Guru Sekolah Rakyat bukan terletak pada skema gajinya, melainkan pada sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan. Sekolah Rakyat dirancang sebagai sekolah berasrama yang ditujukan untuk memberikan akses pendidikan bagi anak-anak dari keluarga miskin dan miskin ekstrem.

Guru yang lolos seleksi nantinya akan menjalankan tugas pendidikan dalam lingkungan sekolah berasrama dengan pola pembinaan yang lebih intensif dibandingkan sekolah umum.

Guru Sekolah Rakyat dan guru PPPK reguler pada dasarnya memperoleh gaji pokok yang sama karena sama-sama berstatus PPPK. Perbedaan penghasilan lebih mungkin berasal dari tunjangan, lokasi penugasan, serta kebijakan yang melekat pada program Sekolah Rakyat.

Bagi calon pelamar, yang perlu diperhatikan bukan hanya besaran gaji, tetapi juga kesiapan untuk menjalankan tugas dalam sistem pendidikan berasrama yang menjadi ciri khas Sekolah Rakyat.
