Panitia hari raya Iduladha 1447 Hijriah/2026 Masehi Polres Malang saat mengemas daging kurban menggunakan besek bambu sebagai wujud kepedulian lingkungan pada Rabu (27/5/2026).
JATIMTIMES Polres Malang menyalurkan total 95 hewan kurban pada Iduladha 1447 Hijriah, Rabu (27/5/2026). Daging kurban dari hasil penyembelihan 22 ekor sapi dan 73 ekor kambing tersebut dikemas menggunakan besek bambu kemudian didistribusikan kepada warga hingga pondok pesantren.
Sebelumnya, sebagian hewan kurban tersebut telah disembelih di Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH ) Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur untuk memudahkan proses pengelolaan maupun distribusi daging kurban kepada masyarakat.

Penyerahan hewan kurban pada saat itu turut dilakukan langsung oleh Kapolres Malang AKBP Muhammad Taat Resdi usai pelaksanaan Salat Iduladha di Mapolres Malang. "Sebanyak 13 ekor sapi dibawa ke RPH Kepanjen untuk proses penyembelihan," ujarnya.
Taat menyebut, penyembelihan hewan kurban di RPH tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan agar proses pemotongan lebih tertata serta memenuhi standar kesehatan dan kebersihan. "Sebagian sapi kurban langsung dipotong di RPH Kepanjen supaya proses pengelolaan lebih efektif dan distribusi daging bisa dilakukan dengan lebih cepat,” ujarnya.
Sementara sisa hewan kurban lainnya, disampaikan Taat, telah di distribusikan ke berbagai tempat. Yakni mulai dari yayasan, pondok pesantren, masjid, musala, sekolah, hingga lembaga sosial di wilayah Kabupaten Malang.
Perwira menengah Polri dengan pangkat dua melati ini menuturkan, penyaluran hewan kurban oleh Polres Malang tersebut merupakan bentuk kepedulian sosial Polri kepada masyarakat pada momentum Iduladha.
"Iduladha menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat kepedulian dan kebersamaan. Hewan kurban ini kami salurkan agar manfaatnya bisa dirasakan masyarakat yang membutuhkan pada berbagai wilayah di Kabupaten Malang,” tuturnya.
Daging hasil penyembelihan di RPH tersebut kemudian dibawa ke Mapolres Malang untuk dilakukan penimbangan dan pengemasan oleh personel kepolisian, sebelum akhirnya disalurkan kepada masyarakat sekitar di Polres Malang, kemudian di masjid, musala, hingga pondok pesantren yang membutuhkan.
Polres Malang menggunakan besek bambu untuk pengemasan daging kurban tersebut. Langkah itu dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi penggunaan kantong plastik sekaligus bentuk kepedulian terhadap isu lingkungan.
Taat menambahkan, penggunaan kemasan ramah lingkungan tersebut juga sekaligus menjadi bagian dari edukasi kepada masyarakat agar mulai mengurangi sampah plastik sekali pakai.

"Pada momentum Iduladha ini juga sekaligus kami manfaatkan untuk mengajak masyarakat agar lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan besek bambu sebagai pengganti kantong plastik,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut, disampaikan Kasihumas Polres Malang AKP Bambang Subinajar, penggunaan besek bambu tersebut dipilih karena lebih ramah lingkungan dan mudah terurai dibanding plastik.
"Selain lebih aman untuk kemasan makanan, penggunaan besek bambu juga dapat membantu mengurangi timbunan sampah plastik setelah pembagian daging kurban,” ujarnya.
Bambang berharap, langkah sederhana berupa penggunaan besek bambu tersebut dapat menjadi contoh positif di tengah meningkatnya perhatian terhadap persoalan sampah plastik.
"Kami ingin pada momentum Iduladha ini tidak hanya membawa semangat untuk berbagi, tetapi juga kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar,” pungkasnya.
