JATIMTIMES - Belum usai menjalani proses hukum terkait kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media elektronik, kini DA, alias Anjar, warga Desa Puter, Kecamatan Kembangbahu, Kabupaten Lamongan, kembali dilaporkan terkait dugaan yang sama.

Pelapor diketahui bernama Flora Delta Charisma, warga Dusun Kedungdowo, Desa Kedungmegarih, Kecamatan Kembangbahu, Kabupaten Lamongan.

Kuasa hukum pelapor, Lantur Setijadi, membenarkan bahwa pihaknya tengah mendampingi kliennya membuat laporan dugaan pencemaran nama baik dan ujaran kebencian.

“Iya benar sore ini kami dari Kantor Hukum LAS and Partners Gresik, tengah mendampingi klien kami warga Kembangbahu Lamongan untuk melaporkan ke Polres Lamongan atas adanya dugaan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik dan ujaran kebencian,” ujar Lantur Setijadi.

Menurutnya, akibat kejadian tersebut kliennya mengalami kerugian secara psikis, materiil maupun immateriil. Bahkan keluarga pelapor disebut sempat mengalami syok hingga menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit.

“Tadi alat bukti semuanya sudah kami serahkan ke penyidik. Kami berharap terlapor dalam perkara ini benar-benar diproses sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku,” ungkapnya.

Peristiwa itu disebut terjadi pada Minggu, 17 Mei 2026 sekitar pukul 02.42 WIB di rumah pelapor. Dalam uraiannya, pelapor mengetahui adanya siaran langsung TikTok dari akun bernama @MISSDIWANJARR yang diduga berisi pernyataan bernada menghina dan mencemarkan nama baik dirinya.

Akibat siaran langsung tersebut, pelapor mengaku merasa dirugikan dan nama baiknya tercemar hingga akhirnya memilih melaporkan kejadian itu ke Polres Lamongan.Sebelumnya, terlapor diketahui sempat dua kali mangkir dari panggilan penyidik. Sementara pihak pelapor disebut kooperatif dan selalu memenuhi panggilan pemeriksaan melalui kuasa hukumnya.

Sebelumnya, DA juga dilaporkan oleh TAL alias Nindy (28), warga Desa Miyono, Kecamatan Sekar, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, ke Polres Lamongan pada Kamis (9/4/2026) atas dugaan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media elektronik.

Laporan tersebut saat ini masih dalam proses penyelidikan. Bahkan dihari yang sama saat Flora Delta mengajukan pelaporan, DA datang ke Polres Lamongan untuk memenuhi panggilan penyidik terkait laporan TAL alias Nindi.
