JATIMTIMES - Kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak diungkap Polresta Malang Kota. Seorang pria berinisial WHS (39) berprofesi sopir ojek online (ojol) warga Kelurahan Pandanwangi, Kecamatan Blimbing, diamankan polisi setelah diduga melakukan persetubuhan kepada seorang anak perempuan berusia 14 tahun beberapa kali di Kota Malang.

Peristiwa ini terungkap setelah pihak sekolah menaruh curiga terhadap kedekatan korban dengan pelaku. Kemudian orang tua korban dipanggil pihak sekolah untuk dimintai keterangan terkait seseorang yang kerap mengantar korban ke sekolah.

Kecurigaan muncul karena pelaku sempat terlihat mencium pipi dan bibir korban saat mengantar ke sekolah. Saat dimintai keterangan oleh orang tuanya, korban akhirnya mengaku telah beberapa kali menjadi korban kekerasan seksual oleh WHS.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan, aksi bejat tersebut diduga terjadi sebanyak enam kali, sejak Desember 2025 hingga April 2026, di rumah pelaku yang berada di kawasan Kelurahan Pandanwangi, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang.

Kasi Humas Polresta Malang Kota, Lukman Sobikhin, membenarkan pengungkapan kasus tersebut. la mengatakan, kasus ini bermula dari laporan keluarga korban setelah pengakuan anak mereka terkait dugaan persetubuhan yang dilakukan pelaku.

“Korban mengaku telah beberapa kali disetubuhi tersangka. Pelaku memanfaatkan kedekatan dengan korban karena merupakan ayah dari mantan pacar korban,” ungkap Lukman, Rabu (20/5/2026).

Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, tindakan asusila itu diduga telah berlangsung sejak Desember 2025 hingga April 2026. Seluruh kejadian terjadi di rumah pelaku yang berada di kawasan Kelurahan Pandanwangi, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang.

Korban kepada penyidik mengaku awalnya mengenal pelaku karena hubungan dengan mantan pacarnya. Kedekatan itu malah dimanfaatkan tersangka untuk membujuk korban untuk datang ke rumahnya.

“Korban diajak ke rumah pelaku dan awalnya hanya ngobrol dan memanfaatkan situasi yang sepi, dan korban takut untuk bercerita,” tambah Lukman.

Sedangkan tersangka WHS mengakui telah beberapa kali bertemu korban di rumahnya. Polisi masih mendalami motif pelaku serta adanya unsur bujuk rayu dan manipulasi terhadap anak di bawah umur.

“Saat ini tersangka sudah diamankan Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Satreskrim Polresta Malang Kota dan menjalani proses penyidikan lebih lanjut," imbuh Lukman,

Dalam kasus ini, polisi mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti, di antaranya satu unit telepon genggam, pakaian seragam sekolah korban, serta pakaian dalam yang diduga berkaitan dengan tindak pidana tersebut.

Akibat perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 81 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak junto Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana dan/atau Pasal 415 huruf b KUHP Nasional. Pelaku terancam hukuman pidana penjara berat.
