Proses pemusnahan barang bukti di Kejaksaan Negeri Gresik, Selasa 12 Mei 2026.
JATIMTIMES – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Gresik memusnahkan ratusan barang bukti dari perkara pidana yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap (inkracht). Barang bukti tersebut merupakan hasil penanganan perkara sepanjang Januari hingga Mei 2026.
Dari total 231 perkara, kasus penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba tercatat paling mendominasi.

Adapun barang bukti yang dimusnahkan meliputi 2.331,61 gram sabu-sabu, 68,66 gram ganja, 804.892 butir pil koplo, 84 botol minuman keras, 188 unit handphone, serta 108 alat hisap. Selain itu, turut dimusnahkan ratusan barang lain yang digunakan sebagai sarana tindak pidana.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Gresik, Zam Zam Ikhwan, mengungkapkan bahwa total nilai barang bukti tersebut diperkirakan mencapai lebih dari Rp 3 miliar. Menurutnya, pemusnahan ini sekaligus menjadi upaya menyelamatkan masyarakat dari ancaman narkotika.
"Ini setara dengan menyelamatkan sekitar 500 ribu jiwa masyarakat Gresik dari penyalahgunaan narkoba," ujarnya.
Ia juga menjelaskan bahwa sebagian barang bukti telah dikembalikan kepada pemilik yang berstatus sebagai saksi. Sementara itu, barang bukti yang dirampas negara turut memberikan kontribusi terhadap penerimaan negara bukan pajak (PNBP) sebesar Rp 291 juta.
"Capaian ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi seluruh unsur penegak hukum bersama masyarakat Gresik," tambahnya.
Lebih lanjut, Zam Zam menyebut peredaran gelap narkoba di Gresik masih menjadi tantangan serius. Meski demikian, mayoritas terpidana yang terlibat berstatus sebagai pengguna.
"Ini menjadi pekerjaan rumah bersama untuk terus memerangi narkoba," tegasnya.

Sementara itu, Bupati Gresik, Fandi Akhmad Yani, mengapresiasi langkah Kejari Gresik dalam penegakan hukum. Ia menilai upaya tersebut sejalan dengan visi pemerintah daerah, khususnya dalam implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Gresik Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ketenteraman dan Ketertiban Umum serta Pelindungan Masyarakat.
"Ini sebagai efek jera bagi pelaku sekaligus upaya bersama menjaga kondusivitas Kabupaten Gresik," ujarnya.
Yani juga mendorong pembangunan infrastruktur gedung penyimpanan barang bukti milik kejaksaan. Hal ini dinilai penting untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis barang sitaan, terutama dalam proses lelang yang berkontribusi pada PNBP.
"Dengan fasilitas yang memadai, perawatan barang bukti bisa lebih optimal sehingga nilai jualnya tetap tinggi," pungkasnya.
