JATIMTIMES — BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kediri memperkuat sinergi dengan dunia usaha melalui kegiatan customer gathering yang diikuti 60 perusahaan terbesar di wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri serta Kabupaten Nganjuk. Kegiatan tersebut menjadi momentum mempererat kolaborasi dalam meningkatkan perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan bagi para pekerja.
Acara yang berlangsung hangat dan interaktif itu dihadiri jajaran perusahaan peserta program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, mitra strategis, serta sejumlah pejabat pemerintah daerah. Customer gathering digelar sebagai bentuk apresiasi kepada perusahaan yang dinilai memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pelaksanaan program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan di wilayah Kediri dan Nganjuk.

Ia menjelaskan, perusahaan-perusahaan yang diundang merupakan mitra strategis yang selama ini berkontribusi besar dalam mendukung kepatuhan dan perluasan kepesertaan program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Peran dunia usaha dinilai sangat penting untuk memastikan pekerja memperoleh perlindungan sosial secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.
Menurutnya, sinergi antara BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, pemerintah daerah, dan perusahaan menjadi salah satu kunci penguatan sistem perlindungan tenaga kerja di daerah. Dengan kolaborasi yang solid, manfaat program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan diharapkan dapat dirasakan lebih luas oleh pekerja di berbagai sektor usaha.
Selain dihadiri perusahaan peserta, kegiatan tersebut juga melibatkan sejumlah mitra melalui booth layanan dan informasi. Beberapa mitra yang hadir antara lain RS Ahmad Dahlan, BJS Property, Daha Jaya Property, Bank BTN, serta Agro Wilis Residence.
Kehadiran mitra layanan itu memberikan nilai tambah dalam kegiatan customer gathering. Para peserta tidak hanya memperoleh informasi terkait program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, tetapi juga mendapatkan akses layanan dan konsultasi dari berbagai sektor pendukung.

Acara tersebut turut dihadiri Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Nganjuk, Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Kediri, Kepala Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Kediri, serta Direktur IHC RS Toeloengrejo Pare.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Kepala Cabang BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kediri kembali menegaskan komitmen institusinya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada peserta dan memperkuat hubungan kemitraan dengan perusahaan.
“Melalui kegiatan ini kami berharap hubungan baik yang selama ini terjalin dapat semakin kuat. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan berkomitmen untuk terus memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan memastikan seluruh pekerja mendapatkan perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan secara optimal,” katanya.
Customer gathering tersebut sekaligus menjadi ruang komunikasi antara BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan dunia usaha untuk memperkuat kolaborasi dalam mendukung kesejahteraan pekerja. Dengan sinergi yang terus dibangun, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kediri berharap perlindungan sosial ketenagakerjaan di wilayah Kediri dan Nganjuk semakin luas, kuat, dan berkelanjutan.
