JATIMTIMES - Pelaksanaan UTBK (Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer) - SNBT (Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes) 2026 di Universitas Brawijaya (UB) menempatkan pengawasan sebagai titik krusial untuk menjaga integritas seleksi. Sistem kontrol diterapkan secara berlapis, memadukan pemeriksaan fisik yang detail dengan pengamanan berbasis teknologi yang dirancang menutup celah kecurangan sekecil apa pun.
Setiap peserta yang memasuki ruang ujian wajib melewati pemeriksaan ketat menggunakan metal detector. Tidak berhenti di situ, petugas juga melakukan pengecekan menyeluruh terhadap atribut yang dikenakan peserta, mulai dari kacamata, earphone, hingga aksesori kecil lainnya. Bahkan, penggunaan behel pun tak luput dari pemeriksaan detail untuk memastikan tidak ada perangkat tersembunyi yang berpotensi disalahgunakan.
Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof. Dr. Imam Santoso menegaskan bahwa langkah tersebut merupakan bagian dari upaya serius kampus dalam mengantisipasi berbagai modus kecurangan yang semakin berkembang.

Menurutnya, pengawasan tidak hanya dilakukan secara kasat mata, tetapi juga memperhatikan potensi penyamaran alat teknologi dalam benda sehari-hari. Modus seperti kamera tersembunyi, alat komunikasi mini, hingga perangkat digital yang disisipkan dalam aksesori menjadi perhatian utama dalam pelaksanaan UTBK tahun ini.
Peserta dengan atribut seperti jilbab, rambut panjang, hingga perlengkapan tambahan lainnya juga menjalani pemeriksaan sesuai prosedur. Proses ini dilakukan secara profesional dengan tetap menjaga kenyamanan peserta, namun tetap mengedepankan ketelitian.
Selain pengawasan fisik, sistem teknologi turut diperkuat. Jaringan komputer selama ujian dirancang tertutup dan tidak terhubung dengan akses luar. Dengan sistem ini, potensi penggunaan software ilegal maupun bantuan eksternal dapat ditekan secara maksimal.
“Seluruh sistem kami buat tertutup. Tidak ada akses dari luar, sehingga peserta benar-benar mengerjakan secara mandiri tanpa intervensi pihak lain,” kata Imam.
Seluruh perangkat komputer juga telah melalui proses pengecekan ketat sebelum digunakan. Setiap unit dipastikan steril dari aplikasi yang tidak berkaitan dengan ujian serta mampu beroperasi stabil saat digunakan secara bersamaan oleh ribuan peserta.
Untuk menjaga konsistensi pengawasan di seluruh lokasi, UB mengerahkan 455 personel yang terdiri dari pengawas ruang, teknisi, penanggung jawab lokasi, hingga tim teknologi informasi. Selain itu, sembilan tim monitoring dan evaluasi turut disiagakan untuk melakukan pengawasan lintas titik secara berkala.
Di tengah sistem pengawasan yang ketat tersebut, UTBK di UB diikuti oleh 16.225 peserta yang tersebar dalam 11 sesi selama enam hari, 21 hingga 26 April 2026. Sebanyak 67 ruang ujian disiapkan di 16 fakultas serta Laboratorium Komputer Direktorat Teknologi Informasi, dengan dukungan 1.540 komputer dan tambahan 10 persen perangkat cadangan.
Imam menyebutkan tingkat kehadiran peserta pada sesi awal mencapai 97,4 persen, dengan hanya sekitar 40 peserta yang tidak hadir. Ia juga memastikan hingga saat ini belum ditemukan indikasi kecurangan yang signifikan.

“Ini menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi. Sampai sekarang belum ada laporan hal mencurigakan karena pengawasan kami lakukan sangat ketat, baik secara fisik maupun sistem,” ujarnya.
Kesiapan infrastruktur juga menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung pengawasan. Setiap ruang ujian dilengkapi CCTV, UPS, dan genset guna mengantisipasi gangguan listrik. Dengan sistem cadangan tersebut, pelaksanaan ujian tetap berjalan tanpa hambatan meskipun terjadi kendala teknis.
Koordinator Pelaksana UTBK UB, Arif Hidayat, menambahkan bahwa verifikasi identitas peserta menjadi aspek penting dalam pengawasan. Termasuk di dalamnya peserta difabel yang berjumlah 13 orang, terdiri dari enam tunarungu, tiga tunadaksa, dan empat tunanetra.
“Pengawas harus benar-benar jeli membaca identitas peserta. Jika ada keterangan disabilitas, maka pendekatannya juga harus disesuaikan agar tetap sesuai prosedur tanpa mengurangi aspek pengawasan,” jelasnya.
Peserta difabel ditempatkan dalam ruang khusus dengan fasilitas yang telah disesuaikan. Meski mendapatkan dukungan aksesibilitas, pengawasan tetap dilakukan secara ketat untuk menjaga standar pelaksanaan ujian.
Sementara itu, pengaturan akses kendaraan di area kampus juga diperketat. Kendaraan pengantar, termasuk ojek daring, hanya diperbolehkan sampai gerbang kampus demi menjaga sterilisasi lingkungan ujian.
Dengan pengawasan yang menyentuh seluruh aspek, mulai dari pemeriksaan fisik detail hingga sistem digital yang tertutup, UB menegaskan komitmennya menjaga pelaksanaan UTBK tetap jujur, adil, dan bebas dari kecurangan.
