Sementara itu, sentimen netral berada di angka 20,53%, dan sentimen positif hanya 11,41%. Angka ini memperlihatkan bahwa kekhawatiran publik jauh lebih dominan dibandingkan optimisme.
Bukan hanya jumlahnya yang besar, sentimen negatif juga paling banyak mendapat dukungan. Dari sisi interaksi atau engagement, opini negatif meraih persetujuan hingga 77,34%.
"Sebaliknya, sentimen positif hanya menyumbang 2,89% dari total engagement, menunjukkan bahwa opini positif cenderung tidak mendapatkan resonansi yang kuat di kalangan pengguna," tulis laporan BeData Technology.
Dengan kata lain, pandangan yang bernada kritik atau kekhawatiran lebih cepat menyebar dan mendapat respons, dibandingkan narasi yang positif.

Dari analisis kata yang sering muncul, istilah seperti “stop”, “program”, hingga “mbg” menjadi yang paling banyak dibicarakan. Ini menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan publik mengaitkan defisit dengan program tertentu yang dianggap membebani anggaran.
Hal menarik dari riset BeData ini, publik ternyata tidak terlalu menyoroti aspek teknis APBN. Respons lebih banyak dipicu oleh kondisi ekonomi yang dirasakan langsung.

Sentimen negatif tertinggi muncul pada topik kondisi ekonomi, mencapai 73,7%. Artinya, kekhawatiran masyarakat lebih banyak berkaitan dengan harga kebutuhan pokok dan daya beli.
Isu seperti kenaikan harga atau tekanan ekonomi rumah tangga jadi lebih dekat dengan keseharian, dibandingkan pembahasan soal kebijakan fiskal yang cenderung abstrak.
BeData juga menilai, kuatnya sentimen negatif ini tidak lepas dari menurunnya kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan anggaran negara. "Sentimen negatif tidak hanya didorong oleh kondisi ekonomi, tetapi juga oleh meningkatnya distrust terhadap niat dan prioritas pemerintah dalam mengelola anggaran negara," tulis laporan BeData Technology.
