JATIMTIMES - Cuaca panas yang belakangan melanda berbagai wilayah di Indonesia memang bikin aktivitas harian terasa lebih melelahkan. Terik matahari tak hanya membuat tubuh cepat berkeringat, tapi juga memengaruhi kenyamanan saat beraktivitas di luar ruangan.

Selain memilih bahan pakaian yang adem, ternyata warna baju juga punya pengaruh besar terhadap rasa panas yang kita rasakan. Beberapa warna justru menyerap lebih banyak panas sehingga tubuh terasa makin gerah.

1. Hitam

Warna hitam memang jadi favorit banyak orang karena mudah dipadukan dengan berbagai gaya. Namun saat cuaca panas, hitam bukan pilihan yang tepat.

Warna ini menyerap hampir seluruh sinar matahari dan menahan panas lebih lama. Akibatnya, tubuh akan terasa lebih cepat panas dan tidak nyaman.

2. Warna Gelap Lainnya

Tak hanya hitam, warna-warna gelap seperti cokelat tua, biru navy, dan abu-abu gelap juga memiliki efek serupa.

Warna-warna ini cenderung menyerap panas dibandingkan memantulkannya, sehingga membuat suhu tubuh terasa meningkat, terutama saat beraktivitas di luar ruangan.

3. Burgundy

Burgundy atau merah keunguan memang terlihat elegan dan stylish. Namun, warna ini termasuk dalam kategori warna gelap yang menyerap panas.

Saat dikenakan di bawah sinar matahari langsung, baju berwarna burgundy bisa membuat tubuh terasa lebih hangat dan kurang nyaman.

4. Oranye dan Warna Mencolok

Warna cerah seperti oranye terang, merah menyala, hingga biru elektrik memang terlihat mencuri perhatian. Namun, pigmen warna yang kuat pada jenis ini juga dapat menyerap lebih banyak panas.

Akibatnya, meski terlihat “ceria”, pakaian dengan warna mencolok justru bisa membuat tubuh terasa lebih gerah.

5. Warna Metalik

Pakaian dengan efek metalik seperti emas, perak, atau perunggu mengkilap juga sebaiknya dihindari saat cuaca panas.

Meski terlihat memantulkan cahaya, lapisan metalik pada kain justru dapat menahan panas di permukaan pakaian. Hal ini membuat suhu tubuh meningkat dan menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman.

Tips agar Tetap Nyaman di Cuaca Panas

Agar tetap sejuk sepanjang hari, pilihlah pakaian dengan warna terang seperti putih, krem, atau pastel. Warna-warna ini cenderung memantulkan sinar matahari sehingga tidak menyerap panas berlebih.

Selain itu, pastikan  memilih bahan yang ringan dan mudah menyerap keringat seperti katun atau linen.

Dengan kombinasi warna dan bahan yang tepat, aktivitas di tengah cuaca panas pun bisa tetap terasa nyaman.
